Stayed in room 210 and felt very uncomfortable with a window that was facing a 10+ foot wall. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is surrounded with mom and pop restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and a beauty salon. Property is located approximately 20 minute walking distance from the city center.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice, except for one lady in the reception. The fridge is very convenient and so is the supermarket across the parking lot. The massage service was amazing and not too expensive.

It was good value. Close enough to Old Centro to walk, and removed from the congestion.

Had trouble sleeping every night heard a horrible noise above our room weird since I was on the 3rd floor.AC worked great but was leaking would create a puddle on the floor.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. It is a small hotel located within a plaza with ample parking, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, and pharmacy. It was very calm and quiet regardless of the location. The hotel room itself was a good size. The beds were comfortable with a nice size bathroom. Had a sofa and table area for dining in the room with a microwave and fridge. The room was very quiet. We really could've hear much noise, even for the fact that the hotel had many guests and that we were next to the storage room, elevator, and stairs. Staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel to downtown was a bit far. We took our vehicle, which made it easier to travel. Not much area for parking in downtown, so we parked in the parking garage in the tunnels. Made it easier to get to the dowtown shops, since those were within walking distance from each other. There is some much to see and enjoy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

You will have all your basic needs. Staff was very nice and helpful. Gym is limited.

The Room its not a Suiete...bad advertisement. The area living room poorly upkeep. The price I pay does not satisfied waths is worth. I had to go to another hotel near by
