Really clean and friendly environment i like everything the offers

My stay at the hotel was perfect.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Centrally located to where we needed to be. The only drawback was at the checkout they said we had not paid. Thankfully I had the receipt from Hotels.com. I would travel with your receipt so that you don't pay twice.

We really enjoyed our brief stay! The hotel was very clean and well managed. Our kids loved the pool/hot tub, and the breakfast options in the morning were fantastic. We had no issues with our room and had no disruptions while sleeping. We'd happily book another stay if we ever come through the area again!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's nice that there are windows by the pool with lots of natural light coming in and a patio outside if you wanted fresh air. I really, really appreciated the coffee station in the lobby, and the breakfast was lovely with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Was able to get early check in upon arriving staff was so nice and welcoming!

They are currently undergoing updating the lobby which is a good thing to see and caused no issues for us. We had a wonderful stay!

The facility is in the final stages of remodeling. The rooms are excellent and the staff were awesome at check in!

Would be five stars if not under renovation and pool was warmer.

Clean rooms, loud hvac, clean facilities, clean pool, less chlorine. Nice hot tub. Friendly staff.

Clean room...

This hotel was very easily accessible. I had reserved an accessible room and it was very spacious. They are under going renovations so the breakfast room was moved to the meeting room but it was in a convenient area. The room was great but only issue we had was the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Great hotel which I try to reserve when we travel.

We arrived early. They had rooms already to go for tired travlers like us.

Was hassled to check in. Passport was not sufficient ID to check in. It was ridiculous

Its under renovation so the breakfast area was partially un accessible as well as the pool area! You have to exit the building and walk all the way around to the back to access the pool as well the breakfast area. Wasnt to fun in the rain.

Breakfast was not good. The chicken sausage tasted like cardboard. All the juices were way too watered down. Cut fruit looked old. Our eyes were burning for hours after being in the pool. Too much chlorine.

Everything was fine, even with a power outage.
