Strategic location, spacious and clean rooms, receptionists and hotel staff are not friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights checking in at room 456 (December 19 2022), at night we returned to the hotel it turned out that the hotel took our things out without notification and for no apparent reason, after we complained they exchanged them for a new room (1182) but that's not the case, our privacy was compromised because they took out our suitcases and things without us there which was really disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in and check-out process were swift. The King size room (studio) was fantastic, it enabled us to have sort of two bedrooms, one side of the studio with the king size bed for the parents and the other side with the sofa bed for the children. The mini kitchen was a big bonus: we could use the empty side of the two-door mini bar for storing our own food; the microwave was useful to warm up food we bought when we don't dine out; we had basic tableware and cutlery. The room was always cleaned up. We didn't opt for breakfast though, so cannot judge about that. But there are many options that sounds interesting in the menu card put up outside the Brasserie Joel, located in the hotel. Location: perfect !
