The room was spacious and spotless and had all the amenities location was perfect and the house were absolutely lovely The pancakes at breakfast were beyond amazing and I’m not even a pancake lover. Highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous, clean and spacious room.

Room spotless. Simon & Richard were fantastic. Breakfast amazing. Nice extras in the room-chocolates, water & milk in the fridge.

The guys were amazing, so friendly and helpful. One of the owners helped carry my luggage down to my room as I was travelling solo. He had a helpful map of places I could park and the parking permits I felt were incredibly cheap for parking in Brighton. (Only £10 a day) The room was perfect for my stay, cozy, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing, I’d seen the reviews for their pancakes were good so I had to try them and must say I very much agreed with them. Delicious! I also tried the tarragon mushrooms on toast which was also very tasty. Loved that there was also mini chocolates in the room rather than biscuits! It was in great location, so close to the pier and was in walking distance to the shops and most tourist attractions. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it. Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were so lovely and their home cooked breakfast was delicious! The property is central to everything and so many options near the property to eat! Rye beach is at the end of the road! Although the weather was a mixed bag we absolutely loved our stay! Thank you boys! We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly stay again!

Amazing hosts

This is the best b and b my daughter and I have ever stayed at. We were in the garden room which has its own private garden with beautiful plants and ferns. The bathroom has a spa bath which is pure luxury! The breakfast is to die for. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be returning

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast provided comes in a large variety and high quality. The room is clean and tidy with everything we need. I would definitely book this hostel again if I am visiting Brighton in the future. Strongly recommended.

Loved everything about Brightonwave. Richard and Simon are amazing hosts, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, very clean and everything you needed was supplied. The breakfast is amazing, blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs and salmon were my two favourites but everything looked delicious. The Brightonwave is in a great location. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We would certainly stay here on our next visit

Superb customer service, wonderful breakfast, cooked to order (blueberry pancakes with fresh fruit, served with panache). Nothing was too much trouble.

The place is small but nice; the beach is large but gravel, not sand; the area is quite lively even if the street where the hotel is is quite quiet
