Its an ideal location for the West End. We went to a gig at Oran Mor and the hotel is literally a 2 minute walk away

Wasn’t made aware that you don’t have to pay for street parking outside before the stay, unsure if this was missed on the listing or not. Overnight, me and my friend heard loud noises coming from our window on the ground floor, although there was a courtyard below the window. Told reception about it and found there was a ladder leading up to the windows so asked for this to removed. Around 6am sounded as if someone was trying our door for a few seconds, could’ve been a mistake but ultimately made the stay uncomfortable for us due to the noises waking us up. The soundproofing of the door and for the room above and possibly below was not good either. Very good location, modern style, everything worked as should and beds were comfortable, just unfortunate that we had a bad experience, which I’m sure on another night may not have happened.

For the price we paid excellent place, close to the westend for visiting son at uni. Room was clean and well equipped. Cons - bed too small and uncomfortable, also parking is an issue. The car park the hotel mention (Ashton road) is not actually free. Drove to Kirklee road through Botanical gardens which is 10 min walk away

The stay was generally fine but a few things weren't great, no parking whatsoever, 15 min walk for proper parking. Not suitable for children, had no high chairs for breakfast time for our two year old. Had a family room but it was tiny, room was outdated and needs upgrading or a good clean. Staff pretty much sat behind hotel desk on their phone, no helloes at all. All in all it was a place to sleep but wont be staying here again.

The room was spacious and the staff always friendly. Overall, a good experience, however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and there were problems with drainage in the shower.

Great hotel. Lovely room. Friendly and helpful staff. Only one small thing, larger bath towels would be better.

Firstly the good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite good but the bad outweighs this unfortunately. The rooms are small and the beds are both small and pretty uncomfortable. There is no parking available nearby, which to be fair I should have researched before booking, and unless you know Glasgow, it’s difficult to find free on-street parking which there is about 15 minutes walk away. There isn’t really a car park nearby. For the money we paid, I would have expected better rooms and comfort, so despite the friendly & helpful staff, I wouldn’t return

It was fine. Room at the back was nice and quiet but peeling wallpaper near the door so was a bit tatty. Clean though. En suite was hilariously tiny but just me so not a problem. Bed was a bit hard but all fine overall for one night.
