The hotel itself is lovely. The air conditioning works perfectly, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are a little dated and could use some renovation, but our apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, oven, and all the utensils you could possibly need for cooking. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all. However, I want to mention something in the hope that the family involved might see this review. Around 19th of June there was a family with a little boy, around 3 years old, who appeared to be either Irish or English. The child suddenly started shouting that he needed to pee, and then urinated right on the edge of the swimming pool. Instead of cleaning it up properly or informing the staff, his mother simply used a plastic cup full of water and splash the urine directly into the swimming pool while other children and guests were swimming. It was absolutely disgusting and incredibly unhygienic. I sincerely hope this family sees this review because what you did was completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed of your behaviour.

This is just the perfect hotel, we couldn't of had a better time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. Hotel is in a perfect location with everything in walking distance, beach, buses, shops and restaurants. The rooms are very big and well equipped, kept clean and up to date. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool and it was amazing having the indoor heated pool with a kids section as our child could also enjoy a swim. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta and thankyou to the incredible staff that made it a second home.

sunseeker holiday hotel is 1 out 5 star. At first glance the room is nice. Big and roomie, the bed is nice and big. But the shower sucks as it takes to much time to find a balanced temperature. I spent 75% of my shower fighting between hot and cold water. I finally gave up and took a cold shower. There are no comforters on the bed only top sheets. When we asked for one at reception we were told they couldn't get it until tomorrow because they did not have a key to housekeeping. The floors need to vacuumed and the shower curtain needs to be longer. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel. Feels like a 2 star. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

What a really lovely family run hotel, tucked away down a side St, quiet& comfortable. Self catering apartment 209 we had, with a sunny morning balcony. Excellent self catering facilities, everything you could ask for!. Such helpful staff, rooms huge, clean& tidy, good bathrooms too. Rooftop pool area was perfect for sunbathing on the only sunny day of our week!. We swam in the heated indoor pool too& used the small gym. Sad to hear this hotel is to be sold for redevelopment soon, as the lovely family retire. We wish them a happy& comfortable retirement.

Amazing 3 star hotel. Everything you need for a good trip. We are a family of 7 who stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean. Kids enjoyed the games room amd hotel pool. Night staff are attentive and always around incase of anything. Day reception team also very helpful and polite. Very good customer service through. Wake up call on point and on time. Special thanks to the weekday night manager who always went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
