Don’t expect luxury but the appartments are well located and are better than most residence appartments. Bagneres is the perfect location for hiking and cycling and it has many lovely restaurants. Remember to book a 6 pers appartment if there are 4 of you.

We stayed in the summer as a family of 4 adults in the apartment that can sleep 6 people. The reception staff were very kind as they gave us directions and kept the reception open for us as we were late and couldn’t find the apartments. I’m not sure if the address is correct on google maps. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, saucepans etc. There is a dishwasher but you have to buy/bring dishwasher tablets. They provide you with sheets band a hand towel and a bath towel each (no bath mats which would be useful). In the kitchen you get a towel and a tea towel but no dish cloth. The apartment is sound proofed from your neighbours but it’s easy to hear noise from the other rooms in the apartment as there were gaps under the doors. There is only one toilet but 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a shower and bath. There are washing machines which are €5 each and you need your own soap powder. You have to make your own bed when you arrive. We only stayed for a few nights so we didn’t have to clean the apartment, just the kitchen. The pillows could be replaced more regularly. The double bed was quite small but comfortable. As the third bed is the sofa, there are no other comfy seats to sit on when the sofa bed is made up.

Great overall experience only thing which let it down was noisy upstairs guests. Staff great, good parking and beautiful view from balcony.

The location was perfect for us to enjoy Luchon de Bagneres and the mountains for a bike race. We arrived after hours and the office was closed. You HAVE to contact them early to find out how to retrieve the keys if you will be late. The front desk didn't speak a lot of English which was challenging. They have elevators. Our apt was very nice with a porch with a gorgeous view. We had to make the beds with the clean sheets provided on the first night. You have to bring your own toilet paper and soap. They did provided kitchen and bath towels. The kitchen was well stocked. To check out, you have to make a time for an appointment for them to come to your room and review to see that you have cleaned everything. The check out is about 5 minutes and they will return your security deposit if you pass the inspection. I wish I would've known all of this when we booked, but I would definitely return to this same location. Nice pool.

La cama es horrible y las almohadas aún peor. Estaba deseando volver a casa para dormir en mi cama.

El apartamento estaba un poco viejo pero limpio y cómodo. Zona muy tranquila a menos de 1 km del centro. En general muy positiva nuestra estancia:

Un bon lloc per passar uns dies durant les vacances. L'habitació que teníem disposava de sofà llit, i el segon llit no era massa còmode. En la nostra estada en temporada baixa, estaven pintant, i i feia molt mala olor la pintura. Per la resta, un lloc que probablement repetirem.

El apartamento en general y las vistas, espectacular! El servicio de atencion una chica atenta pero no sabia español y tuvimos que hablar entre ingles y frances.

Calme, proximité du centre ville. Propre. Rapport qualité/prix très bon.

Mal isolé, bruit au dessus et à coté, quelque soit l'heure, rien dans le séjour où poser ses affaires sinon la table où l'on va manger, les canapés ou parterre ! Il faut faire minimum 1m70 pour accéder à la vaisselle au dessus de l'évier ou ne pas avoir mal au dos pour attraper celle qui est rangée sous la télé. Du jamais vu! Notre première expérience 4 étoiles n'est pas concluante surtout en rapport aux 3 * où nous avons l'habitude d'aller. La piscine c'est bien mais on y passe pas tout notre temps et elle est fraiche. Les couleurs marron, gris foncé, gris clair et blanc donnent une ambiance sinistre sans soleil. Les tableaux choisis n'ont même pas donné un peu de gaieté . Quant aux canapés inconfort total et la télé d'un autre âge....

Le séjour a été très agréable. Nous sommes satisfait de l accueil et des prestations offertes par l’établissement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Résidence bien située et plutôt convenable. Points faibles : - propreté très douteuse du logement, - piscine fermée tout le samedi ! Aucun transat. Pas très chaude. - les lits simples sont tous des lits superposés, ce qui n'est jamais indiqué ! Donc pas sympa pour accueillir un couple dans une telle chambre (qui est en plus petite).

un sejour écourté pour cause de restriction deplacement covid .quel dommage une belle residence propre et agréable avec un point tres positif la disponibilité et l acceuil des plus sympathique qui se fait rare aujourd'hui un appel de leur part pour savoir si notre depart n était pas un souci de santé ou autre merci encore .

Sejour au top seul bémol le confort de literie vraiment de mauvaise qualité l'appartement en general est très bien équipé, la résidence est idéalement située avec piscine intérieure chauffée à 28 degres un peu juste et sauna hammam tres bien
