Understated hotel in an industrial area of Quebec City. But we were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, the comfort of the bed and the quality of the breakfast provided.

Room was too hot and A/C seemed to have a mind of it’s own.

Decent stay. Have to request cleaning of the room. I had requested it and it was never completed

Overall great stay. The breakfast was a great aspect. Good selection and enjoyable. Room and facilities were clean although the room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. We had to air the room out quite a while. Beyond that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Out of the city but great to have accessible parking and not a far drive to anything you may want to do or see.

Deficiencies with property. Our room door did not close properly, pool had a broken step, toilet wasnt working and we were handed a plunger to fix it! Overall area is not the greatest.

Great stay! We stayed for a family vacation to attend Valcartier and Stoneham. With the breakfast included, it made our stay very efficient. Breakfast on site then leave for the day! 5 stars on price / offering!

Overall everything was fine. Room was clean and staff helpful. Too much chlorine in the pool, you can smell it and eyes were burning. Parking lot was an ice rink no salt in the parking lot area wiach was dangerous walking. You can hear the noise in your room from the hallway or other rooms.

Pros: it's a renovated hotel with breakfast and pool Cons: matresses aren't comfortable ( old thin spring mattress l) , pillows aren't comfortable as well. Breakfast is ok
