The room was spotless and very accommodating. The staff was very kind with assisting in transportation and local spot recommendations. Ski & snowboard rental on site was stress free! Great experience.

Location is top notch and view was amazing from the balcony . Got really nice facilities. Pool, Spa, Sauna. Good option for a peaceful getaway. Complimentary Chairlift tickets as well for the period of your stay.

Lovely smiley/nice people at reception - such a good start to any hotel stay amd free coffee to finish. Interior architecture awesome - lots of wood/slate etc. Food good. Gym great. Spa great (although too busy in the afternoon/no place to lie). Bar great. Wifi great. Facilities for kids great. View from room/bar/spa great. Well done Cimex - this is how to refurb and run/staff a hotel - we’ll be back.

We had heard incredible things about this hotel. After staying 3 nights, here are the pros and cons: Only a few staff member speak English. Rooms were merely refreshed, but not properly cleaned. We even found some little warms in the bathroom at some point. The breakfast was good and you could get tap water for free whereas in the dinner you had to pay extra for the same tap water. Quality and variety for breakfast and dinner is acceptable - surely wish to see more options in the future. Location is quite good and accessible by bus and car. Wellness Center is very good and surely worth it. Overall, we would love to return but surely there is a lot room for improvement

Modern and cozy hotel in the mountains

We had a great weekend stay. The hotel has amazing views throughout. Breakfast and dinner had a good variety of foods to chose from. Superb reception staff very organized and helpful made our stay hastle free (thank you Eva!) The walk from town to the hotel is quite challenging. We will definitely come back.

Alles sauber und gutes Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut abgeschmeckt und ganz toll präsentiert. Das einzigste was man verbessern sollte ist die Temperatur der Suppe.

Wir sind bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen und werden immer wieder kommen. Das Personal ist so großartig, immer zuvorkommend, höflich, nett, rundum wird dafür gesorgt, dass man einen wundervollen Urlaub genießen kann. Der Spa Bereich ist auch mit einem wundervollen Ausblick. Rundum gelungen.
