Hotel personal is good, but very noisy, couldn't sleep well. Old hotel, needs to renovation. Room and bath was clean.

Pleasant and helpful staff throughout our whole stay. Good breakfast choice for reasonable price and a little bar and coffee area with water/juice any time for good prices too. We enjoyed the terrace for breakfast, drinks, sitting in the sun and enjoying the weather. Very good air con in room, comfortable bed and plenty space for a short trip. Quite a tight shower but otherwise a perfect place to stay near central Milan with good tram and bus links. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great little hotel. Really functional no frills very friendly place. Tram stops into centre on the doorstep .Breakfast above average continental . Would definitely stay again. Don’t be put off by the approach leading to it!!! Very pleasantly surprised

Clean, convenient, friendly, good location

If you want a simple and friendly place to stay, this is a great location. Close to Tram 14 and Tram 1 for an easy route to central Milano. Friendly staff wuth a tasty selection of coffee to start your day. Room is sparse, but if you're planning on spending more time exploring Milano, than inside a hotel room, then it's near perfect.

Clean and pleasant hotel in a very nice area of Milan. Good transport links (bus and tram) to get you into the centre. About a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro stop (M5 Lotto). A few bars and restaurants nearby. 24 hour supermarket a 2-3 minute walk away and a small shopping centre 5 minutes away.

The Hotel is an Average hotel, all basic services available, overall i had a good experience

Good stay for the price in Milan!

Staff is welcoming and super helpful especially Simon. They offer me free cappuccino. The single bed is large and comfortable. The room is super clean.

The stay was good and total value for money. The breakfast was good one.

Staff were very helpful to suggest nearby restaurants, bus and tram connections.Breakfast had good choice of food,room was cleaned everyday with good facilities.Ideal place for short business trip with good connections practically outside the door for bus and trams.30 mins from expo one way and 25mins to city centre the other. Close to San Siro aswell.

We enjoyed the hotel overall. SStaff very helpful and showed us how to get places. It did make us uncomfortable that they require you leave the key every time you leave the room. Other negative was very small showers... But all in all, good hotel for the price.

For the money it's nice, just a bit out of the way for transport

Although 3 miles from the centro, the convenient location with buses and the tram system make this a nice quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of most of Milan. Plus the staff were the friendliest we have encountered in our travels anywhere.
