Very pleased with everything, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Would absolutely stay again!

It's been a long night and we're trying to check-in but there's only one person, i get it, but there are 9 to 10 people waiting in line. Y'all can check thr footage to verify I'm not exaggerating.

Pipes broke due to cold. But, it appeared that many parties have been held in this hotel. Seems dated and worn.

Enjoyed my stay.

Besides one elevator put of order the place was great.

Room is great but the TV is the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. Despite the timer not being turned on the TV turns off on its own at random intervals and the buttons on the remote barely work, especially the volume. You either get no volume or the button sticks and TV turns itself up to max volume. Fix the TV and this place would be just about perfect.

Wonderful for visiting daughter at ND. We will definitely be back.

Keys don’t work at property. Staff have to walk you to the room. Check in lady was extremely rude

Near the arena

The hotel itself was great, but upon arrival we were told they sold out of the double queens we booked. Instead we were given a king with a pullout sofa for 4 people. The pullout sleeper was slightly bigger than a twin, not near big enough for our teenage daughter and her friend. How does a hotel sell out of a room that I booked and prepaid?

Excellent location, good breakfast, walk to restaurants.
