location is the most amazing right smack inside harbor with lots of cafe and resto to choose from. sea breeze when you open the balcony doors. food was equally impressive

If I could give more than 5 stars I would give more. This hotel was phenomenal and the service was fantastic as well. The views are amazing. I couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you so much for the stay!

A fabulous hotel. The attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. Our room was large & comfortable- everything we needed to relax after a busy few days sightseeing.

Totally out of our league. One of those hotels were you stay one night only unless you are rich. Of course everything is perfect here.

Beautiful harbor views from our spacious corner room. Large bathroom with separate room for huge jacuzzi tub with a picture window over the harbor. Included Japanese or American breakfast delivered to the room was very good. An easy walk to two shopping areas and near to the cruise port.

Absolutely loved our stay. The service was top notch and the Japanese breakfast in the morning was spectacular.

Staff were super friendly. The room was amazing and faced the bay and ferris wheel. I made use of the jacuzzi bath both morning and night. Nothing beat a bath tub soak after a long day of doing touristy things.

Staff was fabulous; room was spacious and had great bed and bathroom. Wonderful breakfasts.

The hotel itself and the location are amazing!!! And the room we had was very big and overlooked the harbor . Amenities are amazing and staff is very helpful and nice!

We loved this hotel! The room was enormous and it was beautifully and elegantly decorated. The room was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the view from the balcony was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the room has a great atmosphere, and included incense and soft music playing on the TV as soon as you entered. We felt like celebrities. One thousand percent recommend this hotel. We were only in Kobe one day, but if we'd known how wonderful this place was going to be we'd have stayed longer and made the trek back from Osaka each night since it really isn't that far.

We stopped in Kobe on our honeymoon and this hotel was great. The room was very large and clean, the jet tub worked wonderfully. Lots of nice touches such as beauty products, fresh flowers, and an oil diffuser in the room. The breakfast was also super delicious and I know that’s a rarity for hotel breakfasts. Only down side is it’s a little out of the way but a short taxi ride or walk to some nice areas.
