When we got into our room there was something in the drawer. I was not sure what it was. I went and got the clerk and they assure me it was cigarette butt. They did offer us another room and wanted us to look at it first to see if we were satisfied. We were. They did go above and beyond helping us. We will stay again

Everything was perfect !!!!

The breakfast was ok. The pool area is dirty and untended. Needs umbrellas and more tables. Spray down the chairs and lizard poop daily. But the interior of the pool was clean. Put the hot tub back. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were great even under pressure as a person was really give them a hard time.

It was a great room nice and clean

My stay was not good. The first room I was given had a strong smell of urine. They are pet friendly so I assumed it was from that. The second room was fine however they pump air freshener through out the hallways and I am very sensitive to fragrances. I didn’t check in until 11pm so I decided to take a chance. I woke up with a migraine so I had to check out and find a new hotel to stay at. The only positive was obvious that the rooms had been updated so that’s good.

Room was clean, quiet, A/C worked good, whole facility was clean, nice pool. Little far from all the good restaurants, 20-25 mn.

Very clean

It was an average stay. The shower only had warm water and was in need of attention. The pillows were poor and the mattress lumpy. The desk people were wonderful.

Everything was fine except the breakfast.

The hotel is very clean with well furnished rooms. The location is great very near I-95 and the Vero Beach Outlet mall.
