The room was not like the pictures. The hotel advertises renovated rooms, but I was given an old room with stained carpets that were loose and moved when you walked on them, along with very outdated furniture. During my stay, around 2:00 AM the mini-split A/C started making a strange noise and suddenly began throwing ice onto the bed and carpet. I notified the hotel, but no one came to fix it and I was not offered another room. At checkout, the staff had no idea about the issue, which made me feel like management does not communicate or care about guests’ concerns.

Best hotel in Morelia in my opinion. Great mid level price. Avoid downtown tourist areas always protestors and dirty. Cops won't put themselves at risk if attacked or arrest locals. Lived in Morelia a year and stayed at most hotels in town. Starting to show age in things like carpet in rooms but this giant gringo insomniac always sleeps great here. Staff amazing, great cocktails, top story balcony for a smoke or morning stretching with good view. Walking distance to mall that feels like back in the 90s. Walking distance to best date restaurant in town "mi Lola". Really checks all boxes unless you want a pool or really want downtown historical cathedral but this hotel so easy to get to public combis for transportation. Low crime area. Can't say enough good things.

For the price of the property, I know it was inflated due to the holiday by you are not getting anything better than you would at a motel six their carpets were not the cleanest the shower restroom floor was maybe just old, while the service was excellent the facilities were subpar. The air-conditioning units were loud and inconsistent. I probably would’ve paid less than half of what we did to stay here again, but if you’re looking to relax and be in a nice hotel, I would look elsewhere

Dirty, old place. I can hear people in the hallway clearly. Staffs are friendly but this place is way below my expectation.

Buena experiencia

I reserved a Superior Room with a king bed. I was given a tiny room with peeling paint and vinyl peeling of the one chair. The bed was a double. I asked to have my room changed and was told that they could not.
