Superb location on 5 min walk to old town main square and 5 mins to castle and river front. Breakfast was continental with scrambled and fried eggs and hot dog type sausages. The room was bigger than most hotels and a great shower. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the 1st floor orangery. We will definitely return to this hotel and the cost makes it easy to recommend

Very helpful staff, clean and confortable. Great location. Even provided a packed lunch on last day as we were leaving too early for breakfast.

We loved the character of the property - the wall murals and the orangery were highlights. It was very convenient - close to the action of old town but not on a busy street.

A hotel of character in a quiet street which is easily accessible to the attraction, restaurants and bars. Room was simply furnished air con (great as it was 30 degrees! And modernised bathroom. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was varied

We showed up early and had our room right away. This place has AC that actually works!!!! Staff is great and the price is right considering the competition in the area. Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Easy walk to many historical areas. Felt very safe, even walking at night. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is well located, very clean (which I appreciate a lot) the breakfast is good.

I really liked this hotel. It was in a great location close to the central square. It was quiet and super clean! The staff was friendly and my room was serviced each day. There was a small buffet breakfast each morning. I plan on stay here again when I go back to Krakow.

Location wad great and the room itself was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was also really good.

A really lovely hotel for a 3 star. The room we stayed in was spacious, which was unexpected. I loved the fact they have a conservatory area where you can read quietly and grab a hot beverage from the machine whenever you feel like. Would happily stay here again if I was visiting Krakow again.

Bathroom is clean and newly refurbished with a walk-in shower, which is a treat for a person like me. There were enough plugs that I could charge my various device devices that needed charging overnight a plus was the proximity of a very nice restaurant. I didn’t really interact with the staff Because I didn’t need to and found it to be a great stay. I would go back again.
