Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Right close to the urban bus station meaning it was easy and cheap to get to falls, airport, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. Nice decent hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant next door was great, too.

First of all, this hotel is in a very good location. It is close to many restaurants and shops. I was able to take bus from and to the airport. The front desk staff were helpful; there were few spoke some English and I was able to communicate without problem. The housekeeping was good too, they cleaned my room daily and promptly. The breakfast was served in a buffet style and it included variety of typical breakfast foods and beverages. I booked a room for myself for 2 nights and I got a room of two single beds with a very decent price. The construction was very loud but I wasn't in my room during the day except the first day after I checked-in, so it didn't bother me much. The carpet in the room was covered with stains; I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. I would highly recommend tiles over carpet, just saying. However, my biggest issue would be the comfort and cleanness of the bathroom facility. My shower stall door didn't close; every time I showered, the water got everywhere. And the flush button leaked water too. I feel back for the housekeeper having to clean up the soaking wet bathroom even though I did place a towel on the ground to soak the water but the towel could only do so much. I guess the price says it all; it is pretty cheap for a hotel room. They're renovating the room so I won't be surprise that their rooms will be cleaner but the price won't be the same.

I chose this hotel with a budget factor in mind but the property was more than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and satisfactory, and location was good. Above all, value of price paid to services received was excellent.

Nice cheap place to stay for a few days while you check out the falls. Close to the bus station and a great Brazilian BBQ on the corner. The air-conditioner was an old one and loud. Reasonable spread for breakfast.

This hotel was probably something in its day, unfortunately that day was decades ago. The hotel is in a great location - one block from the bus terminal where you can get a bus to the falls. The hotel is in need of repairs. Our AC was probably from the Nixon administration and sounded like a jet engine. The shower leaked so there was water all over the bathroom all the time. The cleaning staff did not even sweep or mop the floors (in the 5 days we were there). On the plus side, the room was spacious and comfortable (no mini- fridge), the front desk staff were very helpful. the location and price were great.

This hotel is old and the rooms and mattresses are in need of remodeling. the shower floor was the old asbestos tiles (like you see in grocery stores) that was lifting from water. The air conditioner while working was very loud. The breakfast was average. The staff was helpful. So if you are going on the cheep on their busy time of year it is ok but it won't be like most hotels you are used to in the US.

Já utilizamos a Rede por algumas vezes, e gostamos bastante, devido a localização, e custo benefício, mas precisam melhorar a manutenção preventiva principalmente no banheiro. Reforço sobre o site e telefones estarem clonados.

Reservamos o Hotel mirante andrade, MASSSS quando chegamos para fazer o check-in o moço na recepção informou que nossos quartos tinham sofrido uma infiltração (leia-se overbooking) e nos informou que sabendo disso tinham separado 2 quartos para nós em um dos hoteis da Rede Andrade. Este tal outro hotel ficava a 15 minutos de distancia de carro do local em que tínhamos reservado, era um hotel próximo de uma rodovia, com zero isolamento acústico tanto do quarto para com os corredores, quando do quarto para com o ambiente externo / rua. Era possível se ouvir TUDO! Se deixavam cair a chave no corredor - ouvíamos, cada moto e cada caminhão - ouviámos. Um dos quartos apresentava um MOFO horrivel, com cheiro insuportável, minha sogra tentou usar o telefone do quarto para falar com a recepção e o mesmo não funcionava. Ela ficou MUITO BRAVA e disse que foi a pior experiência de vida dela. No meu quarto das 3 tolhas de banho, 2 apresentavam manchas de sangue. A toalha de rosto fornecida tinha manchas de sangue. Amenities: 4 mini sabonetes, zero xampu, zero condicionador. Não tem secador de cabelo. O chuveiro não possui agua quente no período da manhã. Apenas de noite, talvez por conta do aquecedor. O ar condicionado refresca nos primeiros 30 minutos, depois ele desativa e fica apenas ventilando. Em resumo, não voltaremos e alertaremos nossos conhecidos sobre essa prática nada justa de OVERBOOKING apresentada por esse hotel e provavelmente uma prática comum na região.
