The Le Sante Classic is a good hotel. It is expensive for what it is and I would not rate it higher than good because of a few issues. Firstly, there were a few things that weren’t quite right with the room. These were (mostly) resolved quickly, but we ran out of patience with the others (safe locked shut, sofa collapsed, toiletries not replaced). Secondly, the facilities are a little limited for a top class hotel. The gym is basic, not all the spa functions of the pools worked, no ATM, poor wifi etc. In terms of service breakfast tended to be overcrowded at peak times resulting in a need to wait to be seated on a couple of occasions. The concierge service seeks to be helpful, but, despite being specifically asked to check re food intolerances when booking a restaurant, did not do so, resulting in the need for us to find a different venue after sitting at the one booked by the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is good, but for the prices charged for accommodation and food needs to upgrade its facilities. It’s good, not great.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Excellent quality resort. Friendly attentive staff. Very good location within 2 minute walk to beach. Pool area excellent and clean. Breakfast also well done. Overall an excellent choice.

Nicely appointed rooms with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Our room had an issue with ants that was never fully resolved but the staff was responsive to the issue. The property is situated on a steep hill so entry and exit was a challenge and parking was limited. Would return for another visit in the future.

Overall our stay was good! The hotel is nice, very clean (rooms, restaurants, pool area), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff from cleaning, there are doing an excellent job. The food was good and diverse, however a small remark is that for a 5 stars hotel I would have expected to have sea food dishes as well, at least for one-two evenings. The prices for the drinks and snacks were ok, not expensive for a 5 stars. The hotel is kids friendly, has a playground and a playroom, however the pool area is very slippery when is wet, my daughter had to wear shoes after coming out from the pool. I think the sunbeds should move closer to the plants area so that the people can walk on the wooden patio and not the other way around (that was not slippery, it’s safer). Tsilivi village is very nice but it’s not pushchairs friendly (no pedestrians cross, difficult to cross the streets and it’s lot of traffic), it was difficult for us to use it when we went out. The Tsilivi beach nearby was not as expected, it was quite untidy and messy, but the sea was nice and clean. Hotel is offering chargeable private taxi which is nice, from airport to the hotel the taxi driver was very kind and respectful, however on the way to the airport we had a different driver and we were very disappointed, he stopped the car in the middle of the road to argue with another driver, yelled to him in front of us and he was very grumpy all the way to the airport, that was a very rude attitud

A beautiful property with excellent customer service and amazing breakfast. Our visit was only for one night & we give it a 10! I would like to suggest a touch up cleaning of perhaps vacuum & mop. Highly recommend!!

Lovely hotel

I cannot say enough positive things about Lasante - from the staff to the amenities, it was all superb! We arrived at 8am and the sweet reception ladies got us checked in 3 hours early, let us have a free breakfast and gave us towels to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room. The property is exceptionally clean and neat. The AC and shower are wonderful (if you’ve been traveling in Europe a while these things are a plus). It is very close to the beach and town of Tsilivi. The staff are all very friendly and help with anything and everything. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!

Lesante Classic is an impeccable hotel! This is the fourth time we have visited, and each time it seems that the service is even better. I recommend it to all of my family and friends. The best hotel I have stayed in Zakynthos!

Very nice hotel with beautiful pool and short walk to a nice beach. Very helpful in arranging activities.

Fabulous resort....The resort is quite small but excellent for a quiet break away. The staff were magnificent and the food, although just one main buffet style restaurant, was excellent. The pool area was spotless, as were the rooms..we stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi bath on the balcony...well worth the price if you can afford the little bit extra! Fabulous week away, and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a break away.

Everything about this property was fantastic. From the food, to the service to the cleanliness. You name it. The stay were incredibly friendly and engaging, always willing to try to help. It felt like a place you never wanted to leave. (and get a massage, they are AMAZING)

Had a great stay in Lesante classic with my family. The staff are very friendly and always keen to help. We used the spa facility and had massage treatment, it was a great experience. Will definitely recommend it to other people

Beautiful location, excellent staff, great ambience. Every staff member treated me and my party like royalty.

I stayed here with 2 other friends we had a corner room which was very suitable for the three of us. Upon arrival which was very early in the morning 8am we had a very warm welcome from the staff and told us to enjoy the pool or spa while waiting for check-in which was at 3pm. We decided to walk to the beach and look for a restaurant instead. The beach was less than 5 minutes walking distance as well as Tsivili center which was only 15 minutes walking distance. We liked the breakfast buffet, there was enough options for everyone. We just had a problem with the taxi service the hotel provided. We booked a taxi with the hotel to go to city centre (Zakynthos city) which was a 15min drive, upon arrival the taxi driver who was very rude charged us a lot more then told beforehand. After discussing this matter with the hotel when arranging a taxi again to the airport they dealt with it properly. If we would visit Zakynthos again we would definitely stay at Lesante Classic again!
