Very nice hotel close to the airport shopping and dinning

Excellent

This is an excellent hotel! Clean throughout. Friendly and helpful and competent staff.

We chose this location because we had an early morning flight to catch. The airport is just a 5–10 minute drive away, and an Uber will typically cost around 150–200 EGP. We recommend avoiding taxis to or from the airport. The hotel is situated in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The staff were kind enough to accommodate our early check-in, which we appreciated. The only downside was the loud music at night coming from nearby houses, especially in rooms facing the street.

Check-in was nice. The staff were warm, helpful and made the security process smooth. The entrance smells lovely and feels calm and welcoming on arrival. My room was spacious and very comfortable - possibly an upgrade, as I had a large twin setup with a sofa, great pillows and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was clean with strong hot water pressure. My room faced a busy road and traffic noise continued late in the night (Cairo never sleeps)! More disruptive though, was being placed in an adjoining room. Sound insulation was poor; I could hear conversations and crying from the next room very clearly, which affected my sleep. I’d strongly recommend requesting a non-adjoining, non-road-facing room if you’re sensitive to noise. Breakfast had a wide range of options, including Egyptian dishes, an omelette station, fruit, cereals, coffee, tea, and juices. I mostly stuck to scrambled eggs, which were good. The gym looked well-equipped, though I didn’t get to use it. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced with a few tasty items. The staff overall were polite and responsive, and reception even phoned during one quiet day to check in, which was a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area felt safe, with a few walkable businesses nearby incl. a café, pharmacy, takeaway places. The hotel has its own restaurants/bar. Checkout was smooth, the airport shuttle cost $8USD per person. It was on time at 4AM and got me to the airport in 10mins.

Room was dirty. Hotel made me pay for 2 nights although I stayed for one night only. they refused any refund.

The property is poorly maintained. The air conditioning did not work, the bath tub was rusted, dirty and infested with flies. The staff were kind nonetheless

I stayed in the seven floor Cleaning stafe did a great job Keeping the room clean And provide me with hour daily needs Elevators were easy to get to Breakfast was good Issue was with the shower It shift from hot to cold as maybe The mixture was not mixing good So aster I set the temp It will shift from warm to very hot Then to very cold then it stay at worm for two min then very very hot for second then vey cold for second and so on I called maintenance they cam and check But it stayed the same The issue was when it switch to hot it can burn Thanks

I liked everything
