I enjoy staying at this hotel when I travel thru Montgomery. The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel is safe, clean, and quiet.

I stay here when traveling thru Montgomery about once a month. I always feel safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. The rooms are great. The location is out of the way, but within quick access to restaurants & shops. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast options are pretty standard. Everything feels neat and clean. They are in the midst of renovating, but it hasn’t impacted my stay.

The employees at the front desk were amazing. The images displayed on orbitz did not match the room as my room was way smaller. They opened a room that was just remodeled. Only thing I would suggest is to make sure there is a security lock added to the door on room 305

I thought that the room size was particularly small. In fact, this one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every conversation that’s going on in the hallway. The room was very clean, no bugs, And did include free Internet, refrigerator and microwave. There seem to be a slight language barrier with the Front Desk. No gym, pool, lobby or snacks. I would rate the free breakfast on a scale of 1 to 10 a 1. I also felt that the area where the hotel is located is a little sketchy.

The stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was quiet inside the room despite being next to the freeway. There was a breakfast bar and fresh coffee. I had one of the handicapped rooms on the first floor which was good for my two older family members. The only problem we had was the sink faucet in the bathroom. The placement of the faucet was too far back from the actual sink bowl. If you turned the water on less than full force, it would run to the back of the counter and then run onto the floor. They definitely need to fix that.

1 night stay for business. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean. You can tell this is an older hotel. Looks like they are trying to do some renovations. Overall, not a bad stay. I come to Montgomery a lot and this exit is great for its location and food options. First time staying here. Not a lot of breakfast options. It was quiet. Would recommend, for the price it is a good place to lay your head.

Lots of folks waiting at front desk. The gal handled everyone well but maybe there should be more staff at check in. Breakfast was horrible. All chemically preserved food. Not appetizing fruit. No real cream for coffee

It was a great stay.

Front desk employee was VERY sweet. The hotel was clean but the rooms are very small. Rooms need a lil upgrade. Bathrooms are nice. I think they're renovating or in the mist of renovating. I just hate that I could smell that nasty smell of herbs which is not the hotel's fault but some people are not considerate of others. I dont want to be in my room in smell that horrible smell.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

The lady who worked the front desk while I was staying was very kind and helpful. The property looked way better once I saw they finished construction in the lobby. My hotel stay was a 10/10. I might become a regular attendee at this hotel.
