BAD HOTEL, NOT WORTH 4 STARS:
1. Facilities:
The hotel does not have air conditioning, which is a huge inconvenience for guests. It is true that the weather in Da Lat is cold at night, but without air conditioning, the room will be very stuffy, not suitable for families with babies (the baby is fussy and uncomfortable). The walls are moldy, some tables and chairs in the room are degraded.
2. Reception services, room cleaning, hotel services:
- The hotel is 4 stars, but when guests arrive, there is no staff to guide parking. My family's first day at the hotel, there was no staff to guide parking, we waited a long time for the cleaning staff to call someone to help.
- Due to personal matters, I checked out at 5am. That night, I completed all the procedures and paid. Because I checked out early, I cleaned the items in the room very neatly and cleanly to serve the room inspection. But the room service was unprofessional, did not check the items carefully (while I had arranged them very neatly and scientifically), and reported the loss of items. I had to go back to the room and show them to the room service, while I had left those items in the original positions that the hotel had arranged. I complained, the room service was indifferent, acting as if nothing had happened. I complained to the receptionist, and this staff also acted as if it was normal. When I went to the car to leave, the receptionist ran after me, I thought I would receive an apology, BUT NO - THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD PAID FOR THE ROOM AND RESTAURANT SERVICES. This added to my anger and resentment. What a 4-star hotel that does business so unprofessionally and carelessly. Working in the service sector with such an attitude, behavior, and management style is not worthy. SUMMARY: Putting aside the facilities, the service at Sammy Hotel is a disaster. Traveling brings back frustration and anger 😡😡😡
