Good location, friendly team

Excellent staff, convenient located in St Moritz. Bathroom is tight and one should be careful getting in and out of the bathtub. Delightful stay!

The service staff at Sky Bar was very lazy and not efficient. They messed up our food order, drinks and ultimately our bill.

It was a beautiful hotel which was very central. I got an upgrade when I arrived, made my day it was a Lovely room ❤️ There is no air conditioning but a fan was provided upto request immediately. Would recommend this hotel the beds were very comfy also

What a wonderful hotel… the staff was both friendly and professional… the room was clean and comfortable. Had a lovely drink in the Sky Bar … and a great start to the day with the breakfast. Lots of dining options nearby

This place was great. The staff was warm and welcoming. They helped with any questions and gave great suggestions. The room is large and their location is perfect in town. Would definitely stay again. Great sauna.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nicely appointed, the roof bar was fantastic the hotel exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Service was exemplary

Our stay was quite amazing! The hotel is lovely, and we had a beautiful family suite that we thoroughly enjoyed. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. However, they did forget to inform us about the travel card that you can purchase there for 10 francs as a refundable security deposit. It wasn't a big deal, but you may want to inquire about the card, as it would allow you to explore the city better by taking buses, trains, or other transportation options. The hotel's location in the city is fantastic, and the breakfast was very nice with a welcoming staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, comfortable, good amenities, sky bar. Location is very convenient and the guest service team is very professional and helpful. They helped us with both pickup and drop to the train station and that made the 1 day stopover in st moritz convenient.
