We were a big family (13). Everything was amazing, the rooms with the private pools, the stuff who did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable. The food options. If we had a problem it was immediately solved. We all had a great time, and shurlly will reserve the place again.

The stay was overall good. There was a flood in our room on the first night we arrived that took about 3 hours to a staff to come to our room. The Hotels facilities are good and close to the sea (you just have to cross the road) all the staff were kind and happy to help. Be aware that if you are no full inclusive you have to pay for the beds at the beach and it’s overpriced (8 euros for a sunbed!!!) while other beaches next to the hotel offered beds and wi-fi for free. Another let down was that we traveled to Santorini and asked for a take away breakfast, what we got was a few pieces of cheese and sausage. While people who traveled with us from other hotels got much better meals.

Great location and generally well kept; the pool was clean and generally couldn't complain about our stay. Fabulous breakfast. Nice restaurant if a little pricey. I wouldn't really call the room we had a 'garden view' as it was filled with loungers and part of the pool - so very overlooked. Not a big issue as we spent little time there. I completed the Expedia feedback as soon as we got booked in and mentioned this and small issues with the staff member who booked us in - not very attentive and that I felt the room was a bit small including the bath which can fit only one person in it. Whilst it was nice in a way to be contacted by the hotel staff - they left a message asking me to contact reception which I did. They asked that I come and speak to them about my feedback. In all honesty, I felt like I was being summoned like a naughty boy! Spending my holiday giving feedback is not my idea of a holiday so I declined but the staff did say they would have changed my room if I had wanted when we chatted at check-out. Overall not a bad hotel. The big positives were the breakfast which probably did stand up to a 5* rating. Overall I feel this was more 4* experience which cannot be complained about if that's the price you pay for.

Lovely looking hotel. Check-in, although very late, was great. Staff helpful, room was lovely. Pool was too small for the number of guests at the hotel. The usual business of people putting down towels but never using the sunbeds. They have their own private beach across the road which a lot of people used. You did have to pay 4 euros each to have a sunbed. When I am staying 5 Star, and paid £800 for 4 nights, I do not expect to pay for the sunbed. Refused and was told to leave. Found a much nicer part of the beach with lots of sand for half the price with big soft cushions on the beds and service at the beds. Was hassled by the 'spa' team to book treatments. Asking for my details before they would tell me details. Only had breakfast. Was very repetitive. Only an fresh cooked omelette station in the morning. Looking at the less than happy faces going to lunch and dinner, would assume the food was repetitive then too. Was lovely to get away but thing both Aktia and Alexander Beach were superior.

The Hotel is quiet and very nice. We had the privilege to receive a family room which was beautiful with a private swimming pool facing the sea. we had a half board arrangement. The choice for the food was very large and well presented, unfortunately not so tasty! during our whole stay, we couldn't change once our swimming pool - beach towels because the hours to do this are very limited. but all in all, we were happy and the hotel is clean and very pleasant.

The first room we were given was much smaller than any of the pictures advertised and the inside door was broken. The cleanliness wasn't great as there was splattered bug remains on the walls and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. We were then upgraded to a better room. This one was much better, the floors were cleaner and it was more of the size we had expected. With that being said, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that didn't leave. We paid 12 euros for WiFi for 3 nights but this stopped working within 24 hours and there was no real reason why. We were given a refund of our money for the WiFi. The swimming pools were cold. The food was amazing and there was a lot to offer. Ideally located right on top of the beach and there's a short market nearby. We went towards the end of the season so the majority of places were cold but would still recommend. The spa service was really good; just let down by the lack of heated swimming pools or hot tub or anything like. The overall state of the hotel is nice but if you look closely, you can see the wear and tear and how it needs updating.

We stayed in a Private Pool room which was great, very relaxing, the private refers to the pool being for your use only not that it is not overlooked, the only downside to this is that you lose the sun on your terrace between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. Sunbeds could be found around the garden areas at any time of day but if you want one by the pool you would have to be there early. The hotel was kept exceptionally clean, we even saw the cleaners scrubbing the walkways around the grounds, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and engaging, we only ate breakfast at the hotel but there was more than enough for anyone individual tastes. Nice hotel and would return.
