Awesome, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with complete facilities.

I would definitely back to Sardonyx hotel Tokyo because the hotel room is spacious, thres a restarurant below the hotel, across the road theres lawson and Hatchobori station and to the right it has seven eleven.

I stayed alone, but it was very spacious and comfortable! There's a Royal Host on the first floor, so it's a great location with no worries about food.

I love the hospitality of the staff. The staff is very nice. Please pass my thank you to the man who was on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, night shift. He helped my husband with the key, and also when I wanted to go to Kamakura and it was raining, he insisted on offering me an umbrella and a towel. So great hospitality. The location is also great, 15 min walk to Tokyo station, and the next building has Lawson, 711, and Family Mart. Also, Yoshinoya is there, so I can have breakfast there. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Would definitely come back again!

Nice hotel, staff friendliness. Near metro station.

The hotel staff is very attentive. As soon as she saw us coming with kids, she immediately prepared kits for the kids (toothbrush, bath sponge, & room sandals). There's also a tea station in the hotel lobby, so you can have a sip while waiting. The room is also larger than the usual size room in Japan.

Value for money hotel and the room is quite spacious for Tokyo hotel standard. We got a room in 10th floor and the view was great. The location is quite strategic near Tokyo Station and there are JR and Tokyo Metro access just 5 minutes walk. Good selection of amenities and there are free coffee dispenser in the lobby area

The hotel is very comfortable and provides lots of free amenities. The location is not far from the station and city center. The atmosphere around the hotel is comfortable, not too crowded and lots of restaurants.

Kamar kami untuk triple beds cukup luas dan tempat tidur cukup nyaman. Tamu diberikan keleluasaan untuk mengambil sendiri tea/coffee bags, peralatan mandi, dan sebagainya. Lokasi dekat dengan Hatchobori station, yang hanya 1 stop dari Tokyo Station, sehingga sangat strategis. Kami cukup happy dengan stay kami di sini. Recommended!

Location is strategic, close to Metro Station, Subway, Line Hibiya. Sardonyx Hotel room is spacious, cozy, perfect for travel with family. Breakfast is awesome, lots of variety... Really recommend.

Rooms are better than photos, comfortable. Room size is right for our family (2 children 2 adults). Close to family mart and Yoshinoya. 3 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the Tokyo station.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious for the size of hotel rooms in Tokyo. Close to convenience stores (Lawson & familymart), close to Yoshinoya and very close to one of the A4 entrances to Hatchobori Station. The service is amazing the best!

Perfect location, just 1 stop to tokyo station by train, exit a4 metro subway hibiya line, hatchobori station just across the street from hotel, but no elevator from this exit, if you need elevator just walk to jr station exit b2, by train you can go everywhere, 4 stop to maihama st (to disney resort), 4 stop to akihabara st, 6/7 stop from ueno st, 2/3 stop to ginza, 1 stop to tsukiji st, 24 hours lawson just opposite this hotel, family mart also just few steps away, you also can go to tokyo st by walking about 10 minutes, just go straight the street, you will see takashimaya before reach tokyo st, I very recommend this hotel!!

Very strategic location. Close to Tokyo (JR) and Hatchobori (JR and subway) stations. There are restaurants in hotels and close to restaurants. There are also lawson across the hotel.

Big room. I traveled with 2 kid and my wife. I ordered 3 bed, still it's enough room to open my 2 big suitcase. Hotel also near hatchobori station that connect to jr keiyo line and 20 minute walk to tokyo station. Across hotel is family mart, not far is yosinoya. Staff is also friendly, help me with my luggage to taxi.
