This is an excellent location for people who are visiting the festival. It is about a 1 mile walk from downtown but is quiet and sane. It is also going to be a much better price point than staying at one of the downtown hotels in the middle of the craziness. The office staff is wonderful, and the process is seamless.

This was a lovely one-bedroom apartment with a small balcony. Perfect size for a couple.
