Khách sạn có cảnh quan đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, nhưng cơ sở vật chất cũ kỹ, xuống cấp không được bảo dưỡng thay thế: bed and bath linen cũ và ngả màu, mất điện nhiều lần, khoá cửa khó mở. Mùa mưa nhưng resort không trang bị dù khiến khách bị ướt. Bứa sáng nghèo nàn!

พอเปิดเข้าห้องไปก็เจอพวงมาลัยไหว้พระแขวนอยู่ตระง่านตรงโซฟานั่งเล่น ทำเอาสตั้นไปเลยทีเดียว ไปแจ้งหน้าฟร้อนท์ พนักงาน​แจ้งว่าแขกที่พักก่อนหน้าน่าจะไปขันโตก​แล้ว​เอากลับมาด้วย และแม่บ้านก็ลืมเก็บทิ้ง แต้พวงมาลัยขันโตก​น่าจะไม่ใข่แบบนี้ป่าวครับ!!!​ ผมว่าค่อนข้าง​เป็น​เรื่องที่ซีเรียส​สำหรับ​คนไทย เพราะต้องห้องพักก็เป็​นวิลล่า​บรรยากาศ​ลานนาบรรยากาศ​ก็ชวนวังเวงอยู่แล้ว​ พนักงาน​ก็ไม่ได้เสนอเปลี่ยนห้องพักให้ แค่บอกจะให้แม่บ้านมาทำห้องให้ใหม่ งงไปอีก ตกนึกน้ำแอร์​หยดจนเจิ่งนองพื้นไปหมด ตอนแรกคิดว่าหลังคารั่ว ไปพักช่วงวันเกิดเจอแจ็คพ็อตแบบนี้ก็แอบเซ็ง!!!

ที่พักร่มรื่น บรรยากาศดี ห้องกว้างขวาง สระว่ายน้ำน้ำเขียวมาก มีใบไม้หล่นค่อนข้างเยอะ ช่วงที่ไปมีบุฟเฟ่ต์ติ่มซำมื้อกลางวัน อร่อยสมราคาดีค่ะ
