Good, okay service, delicious food.

Having a hotel shuttle bus from and to the airport is very helpful. Even at 2 in the morning the Shuttle Bus is still working. Helpful staff. You can check in early as long as room supplies are available at no additional cost. Room cleanliness is OK, AC is cold enough for Dubai, which has hot temperatures. Basically good value for a transit hotel.

Absolutely best hotel to stay at by Dubai Airport. Staff is so super friend. Ottard and Mega you both were so kind and full of smiles. Made our check in quick and all our room requests were fulfilled. Much different from the other hotels by airport we have stayed at in the past who were rude and slow. I regret staying at other hotels, I will always go to this holiday Inn because of Ottard and Mega making me feel so comfortable. Thank you!

I booked this hotel for one night, I ve landed early morning, then I just went straightly to hotel but I was actually had to check in at 2 pm but the staff just let me to get my room right after I ve arrived in the hotel, so cool and nice. it's better to get taxi to go here because ive been waiting for shuttle bus for half an hour but nothing. over all for the room was okay for transit hotel.

The beds are not suitable and wifi is specifically for people in the room.

The hotel is comfortable, check in fast ... from the airport there is a bus shutle that operates 24 hours ,, very helpful for those who arrive in Dubai tonight ... breakfast is delicious ..

near the metro to go to centre . you can walk 5 to 10 minutes walk

Convenient for airport, but many travellers checking in & out at all hours plus long queues at reception. Breakfast poor. Staff friendly.

It was a good stay even though we just stay for a night. they have shuffle every half an hour and of because it near to da airport.
