The Promenade was great. We had never been there before. Clean, elegant, conveniently located, nice and efficient staff, great food at the restaurant, great views, and great pianos. Highly recommended for tourists in Liepaja.

The girl at the front desk was absolutely terrible. She was so unfriendly wasn’t willing to take our information or contact us when the room was ready. Wouldn’t help us on the city map to tell us what to do or where the Holy Trinity Church was which was only two blocks away. I have never had someone so unfriendly at a front desk in all our travels through Europe.

The music playing from the boats woke us up after international travel. Having beach towels available for rent would be nice.

very good hotel would stay again

Hotel lobby and restaurant were awesome, really beautiful but room was three/four Star standard. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good— there’s sparkling wine at breakfast :) We had our car with us, so free parking and electric car charger (not free) were positive surprise. I also had a lovely massage and access to saunas, really relaxing experience :)

This hotel is not 5 star hotel . The aur condition in the room doesn't work very well that's a problem in hot summer day. The staff are young people without any experience. Not 5 star hotel at all. For this price you can find better hotel in Liepaja.

Good place to stay!

Beautiful hotel with lush old world brick. Breakfast was perfect and delicious. Wish I would have had time for the spa.

The building itself is very interesting and spacious . It has a very calm and unrushed feel to it. We love the waterside location. It is always our first choice of hotel when we visit family in Liepaja.

Bed was excellent, and so was the breakfast. Beautiful clean hotel, great location.

Great architectural pearl right next to the river

Promenade is an excellent hotel - its small, cosy and has excellent, welcoming and flexible staff. Of the few hotels I have stayed in, in Liepaja, it is hands-down the best. Ambiance is good, decor is different (good), afore mentioned staff pleasant, helpful and showed no anomosity (!) when I changed my schedules more than once...all told a great place to stay. Even the view from my room was nice...and the in-room breakfast dining was exceptional.

Amazing pet friendly hotel. Staff really helpfull, big rooms, in great location, very close to bars, restaurants etc. Will stay again!

Nice and clean hotel at the city. Room was beautifull and covid-19 time breakfast was fantastic as everything was brought to you to the table. Good parking too.

Best location in town, very central with lots of bars and restaurants open. Hotel staff was superb, allowing us to have breakfast after it already ended and to checkout after 12. Breakfast was also excellent. The hotel itself is very well decorated, wood is used extensively which not only creates an atmosphere of a winter ski resort, but also the smell of wood is just great.

A very good hotel of stunning design, staffed by very helpful and considerate people.
