very pleasant with a beautiful view overlooking a beautiful garden, can see Shanghai tower from my room even though a little. 6 days of vacation here are very memorable. looking for food around is indeed difficult but I prefer to look for food a little further away. try eating at a steak restaurant 20 minutes walk from the hotel forgot the name of the restaurant only 350 yuan is very delicious there are Mexican tacos. etc hotel prices depend on the season expensive or not. from the airport is very easy through 12 stations line 2 get off immediately take exit 4 directly access the hotel do not take exit 1

Near century park and it is a wonderful park anyway

Enthusiastic staff, convenient location because it's near the subway. Near a 24-hour convenience store. Will stay here again next time.

Great. Nice location. Linked to metro station. Assisted with friendly and helpful staff, Jack, Kelvin just to name a few that I could remember. Would stay again in the future. Breakfast selection is limited, but acceptable with this pricing.

Room is excellent, nice simple decoration, bed comfortable international standard not too hard or too soft. Easy access, location in mrt exit 4 century park line 2. Breakfast just standard. Staff nice and helpful. Recommended hotel.

Location was just above Metro station line 2 and nearby to local supermarket, 24-hour mini market, starbucks, and century park. The crews are friendly, attentive, and English-speaking. Their service are superb. most of all, they went the extra mile to remember our names. When we were there, there had been renovation on the AM, and we were suggested to switch our rooms in order to avoid any disturbance. Breakfast was also nice. It was a true pleasant and comfortable stay. Not only we will return to this hotel again when visiting Shanghai, we will also recommend this hotel to our colleagues.

The room is big, clean, and the most important thing is underneath the MRT 👍

Usually it is very hard to find people that are able to speak english so it is very hard to get around in china but this hotel is an exception....most of them speak fluent English and they all very helpfull in everything you want to do. For example they help us write our destination in Chinese so we can give them to the taxi driver,recommend us to good mall near by, help with our many luggages,etc. I definitely recommend this hotel to everybody especially for people that are not able to speak chinese....overall this hotel is excellent We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever pass shanghai again.

The hotel rooms that we can seem to lack maintenance because there is old dust stuck to the inside tables. but the most important is the room is very cold even though the temperature control has been set. this is due to the loss of top and bottom insulation in our room window. this makes it difficult for activities inside the room. we occupy room 208. but the receptionist and concierge service is very kind and friendly. the breakfast menu is less varied for a standard 4 star hotel. the location of the hotel is very good as it is right above the shanghai metro century park station. making it easy for mobility to and from sights in shanghai.

Nice to stay nearby metro just take 4 exit can direct to lobby. Room nice. We enjoy stay in there. The pillow was great we love stay in there food is okay but not many variation.

The location of the hotel is excellent right next to mrt from the airport wear line 2 out at door 4 when take the suitcase out of door 1 later there is an elevator and have to cross. the hotel is very nice and clean the staff is also rama and much help just looking for food is rather difficult. next to the hotel there is cheap boiled dumpling food per portion only rmb 20 large portions of hotel staff partly can english if from the airport going to the hotel via fast train pay rmb 50 down at the long the connecting station again mrt no 2 just one station line 2 directly from airport must be moved first in less nan station new to line 2 cheap mrt to hotel only 6 rmb from airport there is also mini bus airport to hotel pay rmb 68 direct hotel breakfast aja

Difficult to speak English with them sometimes.
