No maid service. Everything else was passable.

Hotel was fantastic other than pay later hotel canceled reservation without notification of it, but the front desk was a wonderful experience they were able to accommodate me and my bestie

I didn’t like that there was no parking! We parked like 2 or 3 blocks down.

It’s just another hotel for people who like to party. Just room bed & bath nothing fancy just felt dirty leaving there since sand gets everywhere but expect that for a beach hotel.

It was a great location, but room/bathroom was so dirty. A lot of noise and I felt unsafe.

When we arrived, there were trash bags outside the hotel, which didn’t give the best first impression. Check-in was quick and easy, but once we got to the room, I immediately felt like I didn’t want to stay. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and stained (and there were only two), and the bathroom was very small. I understand this was a cheaper option for a quick one-night stay, but it really didn’t feel worth it especially with the $200 deposit required at check-in. I did get the deposit back after four days, but it still felt like a lot for what we got. The only real plus is that it’s close to the beach. Other than that, I wouldn’t choose this place again

Hotel is run down. Location is great. It would be a good idea to upgrade the property, including the common area with tables and vending machines . There was a leak in the hallway on the main floor. Bathroom was small, but ok. Room dressing room should be replaced. The outdoor area furniture could also be replaced.

Hotel personnel is not friendly, they debited the total amount of my stay 3 times removing over 700.00 from my account. I have been trying to speak with a Supervisor but no one has called me. Room was not cleaned, they never cleaned the room during my stay, no housekeeping personnel passad by our room, not even toilet paper was refilled. Trash had to be removed by us. Hotel doesnt have parking space. Vehicles have to be parked on the streert on ayellow line risking to receive parking ticket. Closest parking is about half a mile away and is a private parking. Cost of private parking is 35.00 per day. I will never use that Hotel again and I will make that none of my friends and family stay there.

Too small restrooms.

Our "room" appeared to be a converted closet space, it was incredibly small and had no windows. The room was located in the lobby, had no soft material on the floor (i.e. no rug on the cold ground), only had one light switch and one outlet accessible in the entire room. Light shown into the room from under the door for the entire night. When we woke up in the morning there was loud music coming from the lobby, as the staff was moving around/cleaning. When we arrived to check in, the staff, while friendly, struggled to find our reservation and the process took much longer than it needed to. There were also no pillows in our room upon arrival. The elevator up to the roof was concerningly under-maintained. We would not stay here again.

Dirty, nothing worked! It was horrible!

There are no extras. No coffee on premise, refrigerator, no glasses in the room or parking. Very minimal for the price. Would not recommend this property.

They charged me deposit. I saw a lot of comments. They don't return deposit.

Location is great - 50 feet from to he beach - but rooms are dated and old. People were very nice. Price is very good.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews saying it was EXCELLENT, but the reviews I read were so inaccurate after staying here! Please DONT'T expect anything extravagant! You get what you pay for. It really reminds you of a motel. The ONLY thing that was a plus is that it's in walking distance of plenty eating places and the beach is directly there. The older receptionist was somewhat rude and had a slight attitude. The younger receptionist was nicer and made sure we had what we needed. The AC unit was directly above the bed and dripped water on us. Stains were also seen on the walls coming from the AC unit! No housekeeping! The shower curtain needed to be changed and there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. The area is somewhat quiet at night even with a club like lounge directly behind the hotel. I loved the area but wouldn't definitely stay in a different hotel.

When Expedia referred me to the property I asked about the incidental charge or resort fees because it was not listed anywhere. When Expedia called and asked the front desk about it they stated it would not be one. When I arrived, it seems as if it was time for Ivin cigarette break because he was very rude and unprofessional! He ask for my PIN number to my card to put a $200 incidental hold on my card and when I questioned him he went off yelling at me and in mid conversation he walks off and go smoke a cigarette, now he does this to me in front of a group of people and I was on the phone as Expedia witness him totally disrespect me. When I arrived in the room I was really shocked that the hotel had an incidental hold there was literally nothing in the room that can accommodate me at all. No toilet paper , only two large towels, no ice bucket no cups, not to mention the bed was made of bricks. There were stains on the blanket, mold in the ceilings, so at this point I’m like why was I charged an Incidental charge. The furniture was about 59 years old. Great location and all of the staff was super nice ACCEPT FOR IVIN! The restaurant attached to the hotel was perfect and the people was so nice. But please do not stay here this hotel should not be on any site for anyone to stay in!
