Clean , friendly, great food!

My room was big, comfortable, updated and extremely clean. Jorge, at the front desk, was personable and professional, I appreciated his personal attention to ensuring my stay was perfect. The onsite restaurant was a plus as well as having room service available 24/7. Thank you.

All stuff was so kind and helpful. Excellent room and cafeteria services. I highly recommend.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!

Una experiencia maravillosa desde el primer momento. El personal fue extremadamente amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitáramos. Las instalaciones del hotel están impecables: limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas. La habitación superó nuestras expectativas, con todos los detalles pensados para una estancia placentera. El restaurante ofrece una comida deliciosa y el servicio es de primera. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Altamente recomendado y con ganas de volver muy pronto. Además me sorprendieron con información directa mediante la plataforma de WhatsApp. Gracias por todo y mucho éxito.

Most appreciated how all the staff from desk, restaurant, cleaning and security guard recognized and acknowledged us daily as we passed through. Very friendly when we asked or needed anything. The restaurant is the best and 5 star quality. The lead person I shall term as Maitre d’Hotel at this restaurant.

Loved having a hot tub, sauna and steam room! Plus the suite was very spacious.

El lugar esta muy bien, las habitaciones muy espaciosas, me volvería a quedar. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno esta bastante bien. Un buen lugar para quedarse si se trata de Metepec, además esta cerca del Parque Bicentenario que es muy lindo.

I am impressed with whole experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms were super cleaned to detail. Breakfast was amazing with such a great variety of fresh dishes. I felt so welcome.. Customer service welcomed us with a sweet personalized welcome note. I am so happy my family and I chose this hotel. I definitely recommend it I and will stay here again in the future.

The room was clean and the atmosphere was very quite. The staff was polite and very attentive. The breakfast included with our rate was very delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall I rate this hotel 10/10.

El hotel y staff excelentes! Definitivamente no es un area para caminar. Pero tomando un taxi, a 10 minutos llegas al centro de Metepec.
