Great option to stay in Calafate, right next to the city center but in a quiet street with no traffic. Breakfast was excellent and the amenities, despite being small, where great.

Everything was excellent

Great property in a great location! We were able to walk the town end-to-end and felt the hotel was very central with lots of dining options nearby. In fact, all of our excursions picked us up directly from the hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are LARGE, and you will love the breakfast options. My only gripe is in regards to the thin walls. We could very clearly hear everything our neighbors were doing at all hours. There was also some spa-esque music we woke up to a day or two? Speaking of spa, both my husband and I booked massages after long days of hiking. The masseuse did a great job and we both felt relaxed afterwards.

Clean and friendly

Stay was pleasant for 1 night. Morning coffee was extremely disappointing.

The hotel is located right off Main Street. Easy to find and safe. Bed is very comfortable. No air conditioning. However room was small with tight bathroom. No kleenex. In shower pumps for shampoo not maintained. Breakfast was modest and was the only hotel we stayed at that did not offer cappuccinos/lattes.

Well appointed hotel in the center of El Calafate. Wonderful breakfast. Perfect spot for a few nights.

Rooms are not kept up to date. No fan in room. Loud location (cars, roosters, etc). No views. Not worth the money. No kettle in room and no coffee maker. No free coffee or tea throughout the day.

Helpful staff, quiet and convenient location, delicious breakfast options. Spa access was a nice touch.

Okay hotel. Nothing special. Our room was exceedingly hot. We slept with windows wide open and that barely helped. Plus then you have a lot of car noise and bugs. We left a day early.

The hotel it’s really good, they should have more plugs, otherwise, breakfast was amazing, walkable distance to downtown, clean rooms and amenities, very friendly staff.

Customer service is bad. They are not helpful at all with anything. The hotel condition is not good for a 4 star status Lot of noise from rooms above us Breakfast also not that great I stayed in 3 star hotels in other places and they had better breakfast Overall the price does not justify the stay

The hotel is very nice and well located, the staff at the front desk is great, the breakfast is really good but the staff at the restaurant is not nice at all. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Great hotel, pretty centrally located in El Calafate without being on the main street. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Happy with the service

This is such a pretty place and very comfy. We loved the sauna and hot tub with the robes. Walkable to the central area with lots of good food and shopping. Highly recommend!
