I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. The only complaint I have is the Safe for valuables in the rooms aren’t free to use

It was ok spacious room, shower loved the water pressure. Toilet felt it was not safe; made noise while sitting.

Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, friendly bar staff and very easy check-in and check out process. Rooms are clean and modern, quite small but functional.

Enjoyed my stay here.Very friendly and helpful staff.Great amenities.Close to the beach.Only downside was the hotel next door playing loud music till late daily.

I was able to check in immediately even after arriving 2 hours before the stated time. Room was spacious and very comfy. Air con was perfect. The bathroom was decent, two shower heads and a big window. Pool are was lovely. Always able to get a sun bed. Lots of natural shade in the afternoons. Pool itself was good. Was a big size and had a deep end. The only slight grumble I had was that the water wasn’t very refreshing in the hot days, but it was the middle of summer so I guess the sun warms it up. But it didn’t stop me enjoying it still.

I stayed for 4 nights. On the whole I was satisfied with the hotel. But what annoyed me was the tea and coffee facilities were never replenished once. I am a solo traveler who was in a twin room, causing little to no mess for the cleaner in the morning. I will stay again, but will not be doing the cleaners any favours

This is our 3rd year at this hotel and every stay has been great. Great location as long as you are fit and able as it is up a steep hill. Staff are great. Ample space at the pool with plenty of sun loungers

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and polite

The hotel is lovely! Had a brilliant stay as always! Lovely clean hotel and pool area with a good selection of food available but the staff are just a different level!! Antonio, Paulo, Lola and Christina in the pool bar and Natalia and Carlotta in the restaurant are just a credit to the hotel! They all made our stay perfect! Even left a 20% off our next stay and 2 free cocktails along with a birthday card in the room! Lovely guesture from a very welcoming hotel Can’t wait to return!!!

The staff were very helpful. Couldnt fault the hotel. However, the parking bays for hire cars are quite tight, leading to someone dinking our hire car. This should not reflect on the hotel.

They didn’t want to give me clean cups after using them for 2 days. When I asked they washed them out with their fingers in the bathroom sink and handed it back to me. I also got a huge attitude when asking for clean towels even though I was there for a week. The location is fine but the stay was cheap for a reason I guess.

Fantastic pool with lots of sunbeds and very helpful lifeguard. We had lunch from the snack van which was great. Hotel very well placed for either going down to beachfront or up to old town.

Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice of both hot and cold foods. Good location for both town and beachfront. All staff very polite and friendly, would certainly stay here again.
