I have stayed at the Wroxton on/off since 2017 for business purposes. Its now in need of some serious investment, everything from the carpets, furniture and bathrooms have remained unchanged since 17, only freshened up! the pluming and water temperature has a mind of its own, the window frames are rotten someone needs to look at room 4 before the whole window falls out. Its ok at a price, shadow of its former self.

The hotel was excellent all round and the village is a real gem.

Room very small and stuffy, bathroom, well it was the worst shower ever, had a metal bar screwed to the wall so everytime I tried to wash myself I bashed my arm. Everything I asked for at the bar they hadn’t got or had ran out, what I did get in the end was very overpriced. Breakfast the following morning, no bacon left so had to wait 20 minutes for some more to be done which was undercooked when it came out, there was no drinking water either. Very disappointing, looks lovely from the outside. 2 other pubs in the village closed down so I suspect this won’t be far behind. Definitely would not return. Shame as the area was lovely and quaint.

Lovely village, nice and quiet. Hotel was very nice, as was the room. It was lovely to have a balcony although it's decking needs some attention. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hotel was a really nice traditional hotel. Breakfast fantastic. Had some issues which put a dampener on the stay but that was more to do with hotels.com rather than the hotel. Wasn’t blown away by the food for dinner but was adequate for my needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was nice a quick. Our room was comfortable and clean. Had a meal in the restaurant food was very nice. Breakfast the following morning was just as nice
