Beds were hard pillows too soft

Room was ok bed was really hard .staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok .

The location of the hotel is great in the middle of the old town. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Excellent breakfast and clean comfortable room.

Good location. Nice new hotel. Parking is a problem. They ask for registration plate number, but when you arrive, they have no place for you to park.

The area and the location of the hotel was first class but the hotel itaelf was very laid back. The staff weren’t very friendly especially the guy on night shift. The room wasn’t very bright and airy and there were a few stains on the carpet and on the towel.

Nice clean hotel but will not work if you are not in good physical shape. No elevator and our room was on 3rd floor which is 4th floor in Us. Could use a hook or towel bar in bathroom. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel is centrally located,close to the train station, in the heart of historical town. One of hour 2 rooms was not in the best condition (damaged shower and bended bed). The breakfast was reasonable.

Sopron was the ideal spot for the "Rotweinfestival Mittelburgenland". Enjoyed the location (right in the center of Sopron) as it is right in the center of the city. You can walk to all the bars and restaurants. The wellness spots are 5 min by car. Parking is available at the hotel or right at the center plaza (for a small fee). The room was ok. Mostly clean. Small damages are visible - but nothing to worry about. No air-condition. WiFi is for free but not very fast. Biggest downside was that there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok and included. Overall - if you do not stay in the room during the day and just wanna have a place to stay - go for it.

It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the old town. The shower was great and bathroom modern. The hallways clearly need new carpet but the room is fine. The breakfast includes cereal, meats, cheese, eggs and sausages among more. The WiFi didn't work at all, however next door had free access without a password which I used in my room. The staff spoke minimal English but happily used online translation services to communicate and were very friendly and eager to help.

The stay was great! Would totally recommend it to others. The breakfast was decent too! The location is right in the centre of the medieval town, you cannot get any closer to everything you need. The only downside is that they gave a wifi and password, but the wifi network was not strong enough to reach the hotel room - just downstairs. So apart from that I totally recommend it!

We really enjoyed our lengthy stay at The Palatinus Hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Special thanks to Sandor, Nikolett, & Suzie for making our stay even more pleasant.

Excellent for the price,very comfortable beds.Very handy for the train station and some good places to eat and drink.Good breakfast for a hotel in this price range.Can be difficult to find as its in a predestrian area with limited acces for cars.But overall very good.
