Absolute paradise, very friendly staff, amazing food, excellent spa services. A few issues with the butler not communicating with us. The beach did have a lot of seaweed but they were trying to keep it cleaned up

beautiful scenery, really enjoyed my stay! the food every night which was delicious but one night i discovered something very hazardous in my food.

Recently stayed at Secrets Dreams adult only and it was great. While I am not a fan on all-inclusive resorts, Secrets was pretty great. The resort is not huge. You have access to the other properties on site. Staff was amazing. Everyone was polite and so helpful. The restaurants were all great and so was the buffet. At no point did anything feel too crowded. Entertainment is cheesy, but entertaining. I personally do not care for alcohol at all inclusives or cruises. I feel it is ‘fake’. The standard bars have absolute and sky. Yuck. We had the preferred package which included Tito’s. No one at any bar checked to see if we were “preferred” so I guess it was a waste of money. The wine is the same across the board, not great but you can drink it. The rooms were beautiful but in my experience all hotels in the islands have a moldy smell. We requested a dehumidifier and all was solved. The private pool was great. The resort in itself was impeccable- I mean it felt very clean. I’d definitely return.

Property is beautiful and well kept. Staff is beyond friendly and make you feel at home. I love all the food options. The beach grill wasn’t that impressive but everywhere else we ate was great. We traveled with a group for a birthday celebration. They had events and entertainment every night. Some of it we missed sadly but only because we were having so much fun. Our personal Butler Super D was a ball of joy. Although we didn’t get to use the service as much because we were off the resort on excursions, she checked in every morning, shared the list of activities and events for the day and left a few surprises in honor of my birthday. My only two complaints was (1) about the “resort credit/coupon” is a scheme to get you to spend more. We supposedly had a $200, however there were limitations such as you couldn’t use it all on one activity or service and there was a limit on how much of the credit you could put towards specific activities. If you are going to offer me credit or coupon, I should be able to spend it as I please. I ended up not using it. (2) For an adults only resort I don’t understand why pools close at 7. I paid more for the premium package in terms of drinks and room location and you could tell the difference in drink quality. They did have a very nice infinite pool and walkable lazy river just for VIP guests, So to me it was worth it. All in all I had a fabulous stay and would stay again and recommend to others

I like that it wasn’t a very large resort. I reserved tropical view and got a wooded area view. That was falsely advertised. Also, rooms needs to be upgraded really bad!!!! Need more staff around pool area for service. They don’t take food orders at pool but there’s a food set up with a line with basic hamburger, hotdogs and ribs. High note:Staff was very friendly! Return? Maybe not!

My husband and I spent our one year wedding anniversary at this resort, and we could not have asked for a more beautiful and luxurious week! From the moment we stepped onto the resort, we felt completely spoiled. We had not initially booked our trip as preferred members, but the concierge checking us in persuaded us to do so (at a much better price than we would’ve payed if we booked preferred in the first place, mind you!) and we are so grateful that we did! It was incredible having access to the entire resort, including all of the pools, bars, and restaurants that the resort had to offer. Make sure to be mindful of the restaurants’ dress codes when packing for your trip, as most require a “casual elegance” attire. All of the employees are incredibly kind, always smiling, saying hello, or stopping to chat… but one of the absolute best parts of our trip was our butler we were assigned- Jerlin. From the moment we checked in, Jerlin was the most caring and attentive employee, giving us a detailed tour of the resort and showing us directly to our room. He texted us daily to check in with us and see if we needed anything, offered to make dinner reservations for us, and he even made private arrangements with my husband to decorate our room as a surprise for me for our anniversary. When we would see Jerlin on the resort, he would always make a point to stop and chat with us and we really enjoyed his company. I could not recommend this vacation/resort enough!

Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana - Adults Only - All Inclusive is an amazing property and my friend and I really enjoyed our stay there. We had a preferred club room and we enjoyed the perks. Plenty of beach chairs available daily and the dining options were all great! Customer service was good - staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was WIFI signal was quite bad in beach/pool areas.

The staff were amazing. And the resort did a wonderful job of keeping the guess entertained.
