This should be a standard hotel service. It's awful. I've never experienced anything like it before.

Loved the location of this hotel. Close to many malls and local shops and restaurants! Small cozy hotel, which provides necessary items in the lobby and you can choose your pick! The hotel staffs are all friendly:) had a great stay here. Thank you!

The location is quite far from subway but in limit for walking. Overall location is good. 1 point deduction is strong cigarette smell from other room although we booked no smoking room.

Very good hotel, near to tourist attractions
