Nice and convenient location. Excellent India style cuisine in the restaurant. Staff was polite and responsive. The reason for the 3 stars is that the hotel is in dire need of refresh. Paint was bubbling in the bathroom which should be addressed as this leaves a bad impression. However the accommodation was clean.

Scam they come up with something to avoid giving back the deposit. They tried telling me that the debit machine wasn’t working and couldn’t return my deposit, I returned later on and the next worker told me that the machine was working the entire time

It is just ok. Older hotel, staff good. The place is just tired

Only one ice machine on 4th floor, broken. I’ve available if you asked at front desk. Advertise free wifi but it was t working for the 9 nights I was there. Staff very friendly and supportive. Facility run down. Halls, rooms, etc in desperate need of repair and upgrade.

Very quiet, close to the beach and corner stores very kind staff and clean rooms

Photos are deceiving, property is very outdated and not maintained. The linen and pillow cases were stained. Paint peeling off the walls and surfaces. The entire interior smells musty/moldy and the carpet seems to never be cleaned. Upon leaving after inspecting the room, we kindly asked for a refund and explained to the employee (who was sleeping when we arrived) our reason for leaving. He was unfazed and it seemed like this happens often. The reviews on Google need to be read, regretfully I only read the ones on Expedia. Many of them mention bed bugs and provided photo proof sharing similar experiences.

This place needs to be modernized and cleaned - a facelift completely.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast very basic. Hallway on 4th floor smelly as was the room and there were no screens on the door so i couldn’t leave it open for fresh air.

We’re not so happy about our stay. No Wifi thou the front desk people try to help us but no success. No ice available. No drinking water at the room. Smell of the room is a bit not so good.

The bed bugs left my son with marks all over his body!! I would like a refund! Do.it quick and i will not bad mouth your hotel.

My late arrival. There was still someone at the dest to buzz me in. Rooms were quiet. Good selection for the included breakfast.

This hotel is not an average hotel and that is reflected in the price but some rooms like 104 is so run down that it should not be rented to anybody. Ceiling fan was hanging of the ceiling, hair dryer didnt work, remote control didnt work and i found stains and somebody elses hair on my sheets and some suspicious looking black dots . The furniture was used and obused . The baseboards had an inch of dust on them and the everythink in the bathroom was either rusted or in a very bad shape. The receptionist was kind and came over to try to fix few things but there was nothing he could do so i requested to be moved to another room on the second floor which was better but also had dirty carpet , stains on furniture, bit up furniture etc. I know that you get what hou pay for but this hotel needs some good cleaning to start and everything else.

Mould on the shower curtains. Ac/fan smelled bad either mould or bunt wires. Unsafe area. Dingy/gross lobby, halls and rooms. Holes in hotel room ceiling. Handprints on the walls. Just not great.

Very old property, the streets outside is easily heard in the rooms, and it was very noisy.

Its an old place but kept clean. The staff is amazing.
