During some circumstances, I visited the hotel again because during my last visit here, I found it good enough for me. Now after trying different rooms here I can conclude that. The deluxe king room is way better than the deluxe queen room one. The DKR is way more spacious and you get a relaxing cozy sofa to watch TV. While the DQR is so small compared to the DKR and it doesn't give you the sofa, even though the DQR offers the balcony, it also small and I still find it not that exciting. Next time I will be sure to order the DKR for my stay.

Sadly there were hotel renovation on progress during my visit. So there were some troubles happened like the very slow moving lift, bad smell, loud noises and even electricity problems that make my aircon can't be used during the afternoon to evening. But it got better during the night. Big room, okay decoration (my ceiling looks like unfinished yet) my fellings got mixed up but overall I still find it okay and I can still enjoy my visit there. The extra plus point is you can watch netflix for free in your room TV, minor service but plausible.

Hotel room is very good but breakfast is not as per expectation.

Clean and strategically located.

the room smells bad, very old does not match like in the photo. they only served breakfast boxes that’s always the same snacks.

Staying at this hotel was very pleasant, every day the room was cleaned, the shared toilet was quite clean, the location was close to the park and the station. Highly recommended, only breakfast is daily bread, cereals and drinks.

The photos do not accurately represent the rooms. The room I got was very, very outdated & a bit smelly. The linen and room itself was generally clean & tidy, but it didn’t find it comfortable or relaxing to be in. Staff at the front desk were polite & friendly.

The building is new and the room is clean. Close to museum train station. Can walk to the shopping malls and shops near town hall station. Overall nice experience.

The location is awesome, near the bus station and terminal. The staff is nice and considering. Breakfast is rather plain and not varies, just a simple bread toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice (but at least they serve fruits). The housekeeper is the best. Even when we leave the room late (literally almost evening), they still manage to clean and tidy up the room when we're leaving

Me and my grandfather had a quite satisfied stay at Song Hotel. Basic breakfast and front desk service was great.

All staff very helpful, the location also great and clean.

The location is close to the museum station, we are in a premium type large and clean room, recommended.

Great location. that's the best value of this hotel. the room little bit small. the bathroom clean and comfort. my only complain is the water’s flow from the shower on public bathroom really slow. other than that this hotel really recommended!

Overall good and meets the standards. The hotel clerk is friendly and very helpful. The location is quite strategic. good food / breakfast. It is recommended to stay in a room with a toilet inside.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and the food / breakfast is quite good. Disadvantages: my room was a bit far from the bathroom so I had to walk past 8 other rooms.
