This is a lovely facility with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very quiet.

Pool and hot tub shut down for "scheduled maintenance" Sounds kind of strange to do that Ona Friday night. Kids really disappointed. Walls are really thin can hear right through them. Had to go to front desk to get sheets and blanket for hide a bed as there was only a pillow in the bag for hide a bed. Hotel defiantly not worth the price paid. Have stayed at a lot better for less. Really disappointed and haven't even made it through the night yet.

This hotel is right off the highway. Not a lot of walkable food nearby but the staff is great, the breakfast is great and the hotel is clean and nicely updated. I would stay here again.

Lack of dining options within walking distance

This place was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The room was nice and comfortable. They had amenities in every room and free breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

We stay in North Platte 4-5 times a year and always stay here because it is the nicest but this time the hallway carpets were filthy, the elevators were not working and the pool was closed. Plus, they have started to allow pets. Whenever a motel starts to allow pets, the cleanliness goes down. Several of our pillows smelled like dog. Breakfast was average. The lobby area is a nice place to gather.
