I would never stay or even come back to this hotel, as i provided a driver licenses form Qatar , which have my photo and id number and all my info. And i was surprised that they don't accept it and ask for government issued Id , which have no difference than my driver licenses, and I haven’t got the room neither my money

It is our fourth time to stay in Kempinski hotel Westbay Dohah, room space wise is perfect, house keeping staff are professional, all staffing are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in.

- The only problem with this hotel is that on the website, you can not include the breakfast and it has to be paid separate. - The ability to add breakfast on the website is necessary

This was a great place to stay with friends as we celebrated a birthday. The full service apartment was way better than expected. 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms but only one with a soaking tub. I would surely be back again. Also there is a beach nearby but it is not for relaxing. We believe that there is construction going on there.

We stayed in a suite for 6 days. We booked a 2-bedroom suite but we got a 4-bedroom suite. The suite was clean, tidy and fully furnished, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable and there is a TV in each bedroom. The room service is excellent, and the hotel offers an indoor playing area for the kids from age of 3, where kids can play for free without the supervision of their parents (from 9 am till 8 pm).

Overall the suite was perfect except the toilet was stretched and the shower was in poor condition, i liked the kitchen that was prepared with all cooking stuff, the A/C was crazy that works automatically even when i closed it and the controlling on the difficult

My family and I had to relocate to the West Bay Kempenski location to avoid road closures during the cycling race. While it was a tough situation due to the transition for our toddler & newborn; the staff at the kempenski went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. They consistently checked to see if we needed anything. The concierge even had the chef send a fabulous congratulations cake for us to celebrate having a new baby. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

it was good stay, we did not enjoy the indoor swimming pool, it was cold. good valet car services, huge room, good hotel staff

Very good stay. Very helpful staff serving you with a smile. Big suite with comfy bed. Excellent breakfast.
