A great spot close to town. Which means it is very very loud at night. Difficult to sleep.

The hotel looks good, just beside my bed was a closet that all the pipes came down from the top floor, so I opened all the windows but I could still smell the mold from the closet beside my bed, did not get much sleep, I changed to a different hotel the rest of my stay, I would hope that you could refund my money please, Thank you

the light fell off the roof in the bathroom and they never came to fix it, you had to give a deposit for the controller for the tv and the AC. The elevators didn't work so you had to walk up the stairs. you were able to hear all the noise from the out side. the only good thing was the view from the room.

This hotel is in the golden district across the street from the beach. Lots to see and do there.

Numerous significant factual representations made in the advertised room details turned out to be false. The structure is literally crumbling, and the pummeling noise at all hours makes relaxation (and sleep) impossible. I left to go stay elsewhere. Useless WiFi, no toiletries, reeking cigarette smell, and they tag you with a mandatory 24-hour wristband like cattle. Rude employees also. Not a single enjoyable moment at this falsely advertised dump.

When I checked in I was never given a wristband and the front desk lady that checked me in was rude and in a hurry. We were stopped on our fourth day there by security because we didn’t have a wristband so was finally given one at that time. There were tiny ants everywhere. It was ridiculous. The only positive is the maid service did a great job. Probably will not stay here again when I return to Mazatlán.

Located near intersection of two major roads, carrying much noisy and fume-producing traffic, especially at night Located in heart of night party district with loud bands playing until dawn None of the employees speak fluent English, including the front desk personnel Lobby has no walls front to back, so cannot be heated, cooled, de-humidified, or shielded from street noise and fumes Designated smoking are at the pool end of the lobby allows wind to blow cigarette smoke through the entire lobby Lobby is the only place in the building that has Internet wifi and the connection is spotty Swimming pool is wedged between buildings, which prevents sunshine on it most of the day Only two, very small elevators, limited to four people each, frequently forcing people to wait Stainless steel elevators are in use so constantly, they can’t be cleaned regularly, so floor and walls are filthy Hotel rooms designed around a central ramp of exposed aggregate concrete, totally open for 10 floors, allowing echoing of hall noises (doors slamming, children shouting, elevator bells, loud talking, rolling supply carts over bumpy surface, etc.) On-site restaurant serves food produced in bulk, buffet style to feed the masses Hotel rents out blocks of rooms to high school students, who make a lot of noise and clog up common areas (pool, elevators).
