Very clean, very functional.

Very large room and bathroom. 5-10 minute walk to the historic city center. Very clean. Helpful staff.

We arrived early, way before check in time and the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is modern, clean quiet and conveniently located near the station. The breakfast was ample with many choices. Professionalism of the staff is always noted and appreciated. Highly recommended!

I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it.

I expected more after reading the summary. In reality. it is a tired and gloomy building. The sky/cable was not working properly. The whole building looked like it could do with a good clean.

A very good stay. Comfortable room, very nice continental breakfasts. Reception helpful pn a latish arrival directing me to Green Tower restaurant 2 blocks away for a nice takeaway pizza. Close to castle & old town.

Great room! Everything was very clean and tidy. Would strongly recommend this hotel!

Buffet service was very good AND very careful about avoiding COVID transmission, e.g. we had to wear gloves when taking from buffet. However when we take coffee from the machine we should use new cups every time because if we use our used cup our bacteria will spatter up onto the machine when we use it. Well known. For instance at McDonalds the soda machines are terribly contaminated. But, everybody does it wrong.

Nice welcome and most of the staff friendly. A bit dated hotel, but clean and very central. Offsite paid parking, but pretty normal for downtown hotel. Two of three staff members super helpful in booking local restaurants.

Great location, especially if you are arriving by train. Also, a 10 minute walk to the old town. The room was clean and comfortable. Receptionists were always friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever.
