Convenient and easy to get around. The room is spacious with ample room. There's a convenience store downstairs. The area around the hotel has many delicious restaurants for sightseeing. It's a great location at an affordable price. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel and the subway station is a 5-minute walk away.

The bed is wide, the bathroom is spacious, the hallway in the room is a bit narrow, the hotel cleans daily, there's a variety of free water, check-in is very punctual, and you can leave your luggage beforehand. It's located between two subway stations and only one station away from the Seongsu shopping area, but it's a bit of a walk, about 15 minutes. The walk is easy and not uphill. If you're up for a bit of walking, it's close to many delicious restaurants (the alley leading to the Seongsu subway station). There are Olive Young on both sides and a Daiso. There are many coffee shops with specialty coffee and delicious pastries. It's not crowded and a nice place to stay.

Such a shame, the place is nice and comfortable, close to public transportation, but our belongings were stolen. The item I lost inside the hotel was my Ultima II Primer Makeup, and my friend lost their sunglasses. Be careful with your stuff.

The staff were friendly to some extent, but the hotel is quite far from the bus and subway stations — it takes more than 5 minutes to walk there. There’s also a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is quite convenient. The room is very small and has a tiny window (that can’t be opened). It’s only suitable for those who just need a place to sleep overnight. All the controls for the lights, air conditioner, and TV are combined into one remote, which is really inconvenient uhuhuhuuu.

It was super far from subway station, but they do have a bus stop in front of the hotel. The total vibes of the hotel is spooky and looking super haunted, and as a woman staying here with one woman friend it is not looking safe at all. The reception cannot communicate well in english, and not looking welcom at all. For room vibes, it's definitely not looking like in the example picture and they might have switched or changed our room type. The room does not have any window that we can breathe and see sunlight, they only have a little window that's not making any sense. Bathroom always have some water leaking from somewhere that we were assuming from the aircon. Speaking about aircon, for some god sakes they put aircon control in TV remote which very confusing, and the buttons are all in korean language which who in the world would understand. Lastly, they had told us that they have a daily cleaning service, but we don't get any service from them at all.

Bed was really hard. Location is far from everywhere. Free drinks, but no amenities whatsoever. Atmosphere is very dark and eerie unlike the pictures. Room is very small. Overall I would not stay here again.

Very bad hotel! A bed that has been damaged and hard so it hurts my bones and body! There is no toiletries for customers! And the unfriendly hotel staff added to my bad experience staying at this hotel.

Everything is very clean, drinks and soft drinks are free, just pick them up in the lobby, the only drawback is that they don't provide soap and shampoo, everything else is good.

Everything was nice but the 7/11 store on the 1st floor. The owner was way too rude, he yelled loudly to any customer who is foreigner and especially if they don't know how to use the water heater or microwave.
