The staff was not friendly or helpful. They over charged me for an additional guest which I already paid for. No apology. Then instead of returning my money via international wire, they returned my money thru Western Union less fees. They were not answering my calls to correct. I do not recommend staying here.

Fresh and good selection

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good area

The terrace room we had was great with the added outdoor space. The staff were friendly and the position, amongst lots of restaurants was really good.

Several comments: - Breakfast was pretty good. - VIP access hotel but no extra perks provided by the hotel for a platinum member. - No response from the hotel when messaged through Expedia platform.

The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and professional, breakfast was very good. I will be happy to return there.

My connection out of AEP ended up being 9H overnight, so I looked via Expedia for options nearby with breakfast, which was fantastic. I did not get to the hotel until 1:40am & was showered and asleep by 2am. The staff waited up for me & everything was smooth and easy - also a less than $10 uber ride each way. Totally worth it!!

Good rooms clean and tidy

The hotel has two buildings, and we stayed in the one in front of the reception. There was construction right in front of our room that woke us up early every morning. We should have been informed beforehand so we could decide whether to stay at this hotel. The staff were nice, except for the man who greeted us on the first day. Breakfast and location were good

Room was a bit tired. Tiles missing in bath, toilet handle did not stay on. Staff was helpful and worked with me when I needed to stay an extra couple of nights.

One thing that did impress me was the breakfast, lots of options to choose from, from savory items to sweet pastries and fresh fruit.

I booked this hotel for one night whilst in transit. I am travelling in Argentina for a while. Located in the hip and safe neighbourhood of Palermo Hollywood with restaurants and bars on your doorstep. It wasn't noisy in the room. Staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. They arranged an airport and departure transfer for me and allowed me to keep my room for an extra hour after check out time without charge. The room was OK. It was clean but not really spacious and quite dark too. There was a fridge in the room, tea and coffee as well as a minibar. WIFI worked fine. Breakfast was probably the worst I had since coming to Argentina. I am travelling around for a while. It looked nice. There were pastries, breads, fresh fruit, cereals and more. Eggs are made to order. The breakfast area was not clean; tables were left dirty. There was a hair near the orange juice. The slice of bread I had was not fresh, it was starting to get stale. The fresh strawberries were rotting. I ordered a fried egg which was perfectly done. The coffee was good too. I have been to Buenos Aires a few times and whilst this hotel was fine, the other hotels I stayed in were better.
