Loved this place! Breakfast was awesome! Pool was amazing. Staff was friendly. Would come back for my next trip to Sorrento!

On the main street when you get the snall bus up from the ferry or a short walk from the train...the older guy Marco who was on shift the 2 nights i was there was super helpful when my ferry to Sicily got canceled... he rang the ferry company and helped me with a new booking. The breakfast was more of a desert bar... lots of cakes.... but still very good..... pool outside has a bar with snacks and a basic lunch nenu.... i really liked this place and would go back again.

The property was cute well maintained and had a nice continental breakfast. It was convenient to have a laundromat right next-door and to be within walking distance to a supermarket and many nightlife options.

The staff I met were friendly and the room was always well cleaned every day. The bathroom was a little bit worn and the shower door didn't always completely close, but those were minor points. The hotel was a fairly short walk to the town centre and there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area, also.

Great location close to center of town. Never had our room cleaned because we had valuables and they “couldn’t find” the key to our safe. Also the shower was tiny banging elbows on walls tiny and the dish that covers the dram was broken. Both my husband and I cut our foot on the sharp edge. Pool was lovely as well

Simple room just as advertised.

Hébergement très propre, bien situé, à distance de marche de la Gare et du centre-ville de Sorento. Il y avait même un petit balcon dans ma chambre, parfait pour prendre l’apéro en profitant de l’ambiance de la rue! 😊 Petit déjeuner plutôt complet (café, jus, œufs, céréales, jambon, fromage et viennoiseries)

Hotel was comfortable however this time of year it is getting hot out and so rooms were very hot and the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel. So it was very hot in the rooms at night. Since it was right in the city, it was busy and noisy if window was open so just beware. I did ask to turn the air on but they outright refused, quite rudely. But it was still a great location, beds were comfy, and breakfast was great. Pool was not open this time of year either which should had been stated on the website. I still rated it 4 stars because it was reasonably priced for what you got.

Property was clean and a good central location for exploring Sorrento.Rooms were clean but small and noisy at night with traffic and the train travelling nearby. Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate requests ie to turn AC on

Very clean, sizeable room. Location is very good, 5 mins walk to train station and 8 ‘mins walk to city centre. Staff are friendly and well attended, enjoyed the little balcony with a great street view. The only downside is a little noisy. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was great, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Tourist. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located about a 5 min walk from the train station and about a 10 min walk to the main town center. A good breakfast is provided each morning. The only issue I can report is that they had turned off the air conditioning unit which includes the fan so you were not able to control that from your room as it showed on the screen that the controls had been disabled. Even though my stay was the end of October into the first week of November, there were a couple of days where during the middle of the day it became quite warm in the room with absolutely no air movement because of the disabled aircon unit. It really would not have needed the air conditioning running but just a fan to move some air around. I did have to go into town and purchase a small fan. It was comfortable in the evening after the sun went down, but several days during my stay If you came back to the room during midday it was uncomfortable. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again. Many places around Europe and Asia. I have found that regardless if when you are booking it states air conditioning they control it for cost saving.

We loved our stay at Hotel Tourist. Check in was quick and easy and reception staff were always friendly and happy to help. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It has great facilities, we loved the pool and also the pool bar. It’s perfectly situated for everything. It’s a very short walk to the train station and coach stop, and only a bit further into the town centre, so everything you need for food, shopping and wider travel is very accessible. The area felt very safe as well. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Tourist.

Great location 350m from train station. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and grocery. Breakfast included was nice. Bathroom had mould in shower but it is humid time of year.

They shouldn’t speak of the guest in Italian thinking we don’t understand! I was born in Italy! Rude!!!!! I ran down three flight of stairs to tell someone people were stuck in elevator ( my husband being one of them). I told gentlemen about it and he didn’t even acknowledge me!!!

The room was small but very comfortable. The staff was somewhat friendly. The breakfast was very good and the location was fine.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Staff super friendly. Room was good. My only issue, I dropped a slice of pizza on the sheets and the next day when they cleaned the room, they didn’t switch out the sheet! That’s unacceptable, in my opinion. I can understand being cheap, but that takes it to a whole new level! Very disappointed in that. Would stay there again, though because of location. Metro just around the corner

Staff was great and friendly. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good. Easy walk to the train station and city center. Pool and AC was great!! Property was slightly dated and WiFi spotty, otherwise enjoyed our stay!
