Lovely hotel with beautiful spa and pool. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Would recommend

Fantastic end to our week touring north Italy. Spa facilities were brilliant and it was lovely to share them with our children Room was spacious with a large balcony. Only downside was pool and spa closed on Monday's until 3 but apart from that great! Breakfast was lovely too with a wide selection of things to choose from- something for everyone

Room was fantastic, very spacious and well appointed. Only disappointment was the ‘orange juice’ at breakfast was I think orange squash, shame not to have real juice at such a nice place. Freshly squeezed OJ was available to order at €5 but I think basic juice should have been available. Spa was possibly the nicest we’ve been. Staff everywhere were really helpful.

Only after we booked, which was none refundable, did we find that the pool etc is closed for most of Monday. Went to the indoor spa area only to find a couple in a very intimate position in the pool. Reported to the attendant who just laughed. Asked to see the manager but there was no management on site. Room was very drab and sterile with tatty fittings. On 2 occasions members of staff just opened to room door and entered while we were unpacking.

We spent 2 rainy days here. We had a few other things to do around Varese, but back at the resort, the spa was very welcoming. There weren't too many people, so we basically had the indoor pool to ourselves. There was also a nice Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, etc, so we had plenty to do. I had a beautiful massage the second day. One negative thing, it was between seasons and the heat was still on, so the room was warm. We asked the front desk to turn off the fan and we left the balcony door open and we slept fine. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the restaurant for dinner or lunch, but the menu looked amazing. We will definitely return when in the area.

Always nice times there

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lift could accommodate a decent number of people and calls at every floor. The room came with a small window that provided a good view of the sea. Whilst the room could be larger, everything else was comfortable and staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was in a very lovely restaurant with full glass frontage towards the sea. The common areas are visibly old, but acceptable and kept to the best of whatever condition it can be kept in. My only negative comment is that the bathtub is somewhat dangerous because it is quite high from the ground so I nearly sprained my ankle each time I got out of it.

Terrible smell of meat in the room coming from the restaurant of the hotel. It was very unpleasant, it made it hard to sleep.

No water provided, however it was stated on the description that bottled water is provided. Wood mites were so loud that it was not possible to get a quality sleep. Restaurant service was extremely slow. We had only main course. Waited for the steak for 55 min. And to chase for the bill, I had to literally get up and look for a waiter…

Efficient check in, Good breakfast buffet.

Super séjour avec une équipe toujours disponible et souriante, petit déjeuner buffet (10€) restaurant sur place (env plats de 11€ à 45€) ainsi qu’un bar pour profiter un max de la piscine ou de l’espace bien être. Massages disponibles (formule de 35 à 70mn). Seul bémol est le bruit de la route que nous entendions (chambre côté piscine).

das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top! alles war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die 20€ für den Wellnessbereich lohnen sich wirklich, sehr angenehm, am Pool zu liegen!

Un endroit dns lequel on se sent bien tout de suite, un bel environnement. Des chambres elegantes et confortables. Le petit moins: l'insonorisation. Attention petit dej et entrée piscine exterieure et spa non inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

We only used this as a stop over on the way to the coast. Wish we could have stayed longer. It is a bit far out of the city to walk but the view over the lake and the quality of this modern hotel made up for it. Would also work as a base for cycling in the region. The measures for the COVID situation were set up and well managed.
