Very nice hotel, quiet rooms, friendly staff and a perfect location. Recommend highly. We loved it.

Location, location, location! In the heart of Lisbon, walkable 100% to anywhere in Lisbon and ticket office / train stations within steps for any excursions elsewhere. Wonderful VIP treatment from check-in through check out. Staff always on stand-by to assist with smiles, nice home base after a long day of sightseeing. Enjoyed the guest only sun deck to see the sunset every night with complementary glass of Portuguese spumante.

Fabulous hotel in a great location! Staff are amazing, always smiling and ready to help in any way. Breakfast was perfect with great service too. Rooms immaculate and beds really comfortable (and we only had the lead-in room). Rooftop bar is excellent with great views over the city. No complaints whatsoever and we would definitely stay here again. Recommend 100%. Thank you to everybody at Altis Avenida!!!

Everything about this hotel is excellent

Three night at the beginning of a two weeks trip and two nights at the end before flying home. Perfect location at the bottom of Avenida Liberdade and close to Historic Lisbon. Great terrace restaurant with beautiful view of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only small problem no parking space in front of the Hotel to get in and out of taxis or Ubers, especially with suitcases.

The safe is on the level service that I’ve received at the Four season. There’s a Four seasons hotel a mile away from this location. I thought i would loose something in my pursuit of saving a buck… I was pleasantly surprised. It was the same level of personal care. Thank you
