We enjoyed our stay. Front desk was very helpful recommending restaurants and things to do. Greta location

Very clean. Only problem was internet going offline and having to log back in.

Clean, staff is friendly and rooms are spacious. Maybe one of the few hotels where I have comfortably slept! I would just add the fridge in each room as my parents room and our didn't have one. We recommend it anyway:)

Room was spacious,clean and comfortable. Subway and trams nearby. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Just back from a lovely stay in the Hotel Post. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to Stephansdom. Our room on the second floor was perfect - quiet, warm with everything we needed. Brilliant breakfast with excellent coffee (It is Vienna after all!). Would definitely stay again

A hotel perfectly well kept. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Every detail taken in account. Without any doubt we’ll go back on our next trip to Viena.

Very good hotel and close to city center and all of the Christmas Markets. Great breakfast with a very hospitable staff. If you want a good experience and able to walk about everywhere, this is a good hotel for that. No steps to get from front door to elevator. I'd stay here again when in Vienna.

Lovely historic hotel located within easy walking distance to St. Stephen's Cathedral and undergound transport. The included breakfast was good with a variety of options. While this the hotel interior is not recently updated, the rooms and common areas are very clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff quite friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return.

The room is very clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit different places

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. It’s a 15 minute walk into the center of the main area and even closer to some nightlife and restaurants. The train is down the block which made it easy to get to and from the main station. This is a great hotel for the accessibility and the price, definitely a great value.

Hotel is old and not well maintained. Room had a very strong sewer smell coming from bathroom. Heat was very low and could not be controlled from room. Windows did not seal right. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Vienna and this was the worst.

I liked my room, it was a comfortable experience bed was lovely to sleep in and a good working shower. Good overall. I also liked the breakfast as i booked bed and breakfast

Need better cleaning attention , specialty bathrooms. Others things not so bad . To expensive for services. Never been in Viena , but next time I chose different hotel .

Very dated hotel, from the moment you walk in it is like you been sent back to the 1980s. The decor is dated, the room keys have marker pen written numbers, the bed is too soft and the breakfast is basic at best. The staff are ok but the hotel needs updating.

Transport options were great near the hotel. Very central with good shops dining bars nearby. Hotel room very warm and comfortable, also very spacious with high ceilings. Breakfast catered for all tastes..great hotel.
