It was fine, nothing to write about for the price. Hotel Movich was much better.

Nice n cozy .. very cultural and esthetic

My husband and i loved the authenticity and uniqueness off this cozy hotel. Louise and Harold were very accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable.

I stayed here for four days and absolutely loved the experience. The property itself is unique and eclectic—unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before. It’s in a prime location, close to everything, and having a restaurant on-site was a huge plus. The food was delicious and convenient after long days of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. Huge shoutout to Luis, Harold, Christian, and Jailer. From carrying my bags, helping with transportation, resolving taxi issues, to sharing thoughtful local recommendations—their kindness and attention to detail were unmatched. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cartagena!

Amazing hotel ! The best so far in Cartagena

The staff and the hospitality of this hotel was so amazing! Beautiful eclectic hotel, delicious food and drinks, clean rooms, and an excellent customer service. A big shoutout to Mauricio and the rest of the Casa Lola crew for their incredible service!

Warm and friendly staff. Best roof top And pools In town. Quiet, chic, well curated…. It feels like home!

Staff was very attentive and nice but the hotel is in an area which felt like being in the middle of a carnival and the rooms are over done with not such good taste. Insufficient space for your stuff and the bathroom was very tide No hot water in the shower Lots of “weird things” happening in the street

Casa Lola was great! The staff was so helpful and welcoming with each thing we needed. Each time we left/returned we were welcomed by air conditioning in the lobby. The design of the hotel is incredible and very unique.

Didn’t receive room upgrade. The communication wasn’t clear however the front desk person was nice to accommodate me in quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone for Cartagena travels. It’s located at the center and it’s very close to everything tourist are looking for

Great location, fantastic roof pool area, great welcome drinks. Decor is eclectic, hotel spans two old colonial buildings. Staff was very kind. Cute candies and a poem every night for turn down service.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was always willing to assist. Loved the upstairs pools, the amazing breakfasts, the different rooms. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we all managed with gestures, google translate and lots of interaction. The included breakfast was delicious and the few snacks we ate a few times were delectable. The one inconvenience was a cold water issue with the shower, which took several requests to resolve. Will definitely consider going back.

The hotel décor is stunning, lots of details and touches all throughout. I loved everything about this hotel, the only thing is that the pool is really to sit around its like 2 to 3 ft. deep, not for swimming and I feel the bathroom in the pool area could smell better and be a little but nicer. My room was comfortable but a little tight for two but we made it work. The staff was amazing, I only had breakfast here and it was great. amazing location to be steps from all that is Getsemani and the Wall City is a 5 mins cab or 10 in walk.

Great area! Many options for shopping and dining. Easily can explore the city.

Cozy and extravaganza

The room was amazing, the overall interior design of the hotel was very unique and beautiful, what a great experience! The staff were all very professional, very helpful and very nice. I loved the food, the breakfast was probably the best breakfast experience I have ever had at a hotel. On a beautiful garden patio with water features, listening to the birds, eating the delicious food, it was truly a magical and romantic experience

Great hotel in an ideal location. Loved the rooftop area to chill on the cabanas. The staff throughout were friendly and attentive.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It’s beautiful, unique and in a great, central location.

We stayed in room 13 (Presidential Suite) which was super unique and comfortable. Sleeps 3 comfortably and we requested an extra bed at no charge which accommodated my family of four perfectly. The hotel facilities are great as well. The rooftop pool and bar is also beautiful and unique as you can tell from the pictures. Breakfast was included with our room and was also delicious. Please do not forget to try the main restaurant. We had our lunches and dinners pre planned by our friends from Barranquilla who met us at Cartagena and the restaurant (Doña Lola) was the best by far. Thank you Ignacio for the special treat and we sincerely wish you much success.
