An excellent experience for the price. Staff were very helpful, the room was perfect for our needs and travel into the centre of town was very straightforward.

Hotel was in need of some renovation, parking was incredibly tight (though only 5euros). No AC or very little, but staff were very helpful and friendly.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again.

Unclean room. Blood on curtains. Toilet so small you had to sit side saddle on the toilet! No kettle. Mould around outside of shower. Stains on bathroom door. Staff member seemed nice though

It was a nice stay. The property fits more hostel rules but has separate rooms for each guest party. Nice staff at the front desk. Food was ok but a little too expensive for what was included ( or maybe we just hit the wrong date/time). Careful with garage parking if you have a big car. As in many places in Europe everything is small . Close to public transportation. During the summer buses run free of charge.

We had a good stay and the hotel overall was good. Staff were helpful however air conditioning didn’t work I. The room and staff could solve just said to open the window which was not helpful as very hot anyway. Also parking round the area was hard and not convinced although hotel let you unload luggage outside. Loves Annecy and the lake though

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. 8 mins by bus no. 1 to Annecy Gare/main station. All buses are FREE in July & August. Air conditioning doesn't work. Over priced breakfast.

Nice pricing but off the beaten track! Good value for the money.

It was a very nice hotel central to get to town centre. The parking however was tight to get into and had only Tesla EV charging which was no good. Local supermarket charger and parking was only option. Room aircon also didnt cool the room down.

It’s an okay place to stay.

It s impossible to get out of the inside parking without scratching the car. Even with a small car. Its too curvy ans steap... and the cément wall is full of paint's car scratches. But they continue to sent people to park There. IT Coste me à lot of money. Ibis. Never again. And i m not happy Expédia offered me this hôtel.

The bathroom shower is really small and awkward…the shower faces the open side which end up spilling water everywhere

Nicely situated outside Annecy. Lovely rooms and bar but only one person on Reception who was overstretched……

Great location and easy to get to. Noisy street traffic. Overall great value for money.

Overall a nice hotel at a good price despite being 25 minute walk from Annecy. However, on the first night, the ceiling outside our room started to leak during a storm and this was not fixed during the duration of our stay, instead, a bucket was placed and it continued to leak for 5 days. We also found a bug running around one of disposable cups provided in our room!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Annecy. 30 minute walk or easy to get an Uber. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend

AC didn’t work, breakfast very basic and was included although you have to pay for kids (which isn’t actually detailed anywhere). Location not great, we won’t be staying again.
